Milton Todd Ault III
Milton Todd Ault III served as chief executive of Ault Alliance, a holding company with cryptocurrency mining operations. In a 2023 settlement order, the SEC found that Ault made misleading disclosures and violated securities laws; Ault agreed to a $150,000 civil penalty and $75,000 disgorgement without admitting or denying the findings. FINRA suspended Ault for two years in 2012 for unauthorized trading and failure to deliver securities.
