Heinz Tännler
Heinz Tännler has served as finance director of the Canton of Zug since 2016, a role in which he championed the canton's early embrace of cryptocurrency, including accepting bitcoin for government services. He was elected the first president of the Swiss Blockchain Federation when it was founded in 2018, an industry body other Swiss cantons have since joined.
