final session soon so I would love to have all of you join us back in this session unlocking new possibilities with the list architecture in layer 2 so let's welcome Leona hioki from in Mass Leona will discuss the list architectures in layer 2 and how they drive efficiency and skillability so take it away Leona thanks so much so yeah I'm Lea from inmax uh inmax is a stat to uh which provides their extreme scity and privacy at the same time so what is statelessness how it's all about posting the minimum data on chain everything happen offchain so data preservation ding compation everything

happen on offchain so in narrow definition in cryptography or uh Financial cryptography uh it's like a scanning all one so posting there constant data on chain and no matter how many user come to their Network so this is their definition of statelessness but what is the most important stuff and how does it look like so basically uh stateless is quite mysterious stuff stateless architecture works like a layer to privacy coin or in sometimes and it works like a usual layer to or loll up sometimes and it works like a

payment Network sometimes it's quite mysterious but most important part is like a tradeoff between statelessness and the statefulness right and what is the tradeoff stateless architecture has less functionality and the at the same time they have extreme security and privacy and state F it's hard to scale like yeah almost 99% or 99.9% of blockchain space are they are state food system uh no for for instance evm or no compatible chain and these are a bit hard to scale but basically they have more and more functionality and

conveniency right so it's well tuned for very uh kind the specific use cases and it's all about purposing right so what is inmax so in short it's like plasma scalability with strong frency on the same security Assumption of blups or yeah ethereum so it's quite strong features and we can provide that so this is a quite simple or comparison uh with the other uh architecture so let her introduce in

Marx or PL next on the L1 or bu UPS or lighting networks so it's quite simple and I don't say it's a fair uh graph and it's for example it doesn't show the Privacy stuff here uh for example like nwor has strong privacy and instant finality but yeah I don't describe that and the l1s has more functionality but in terms of the quite essential features like uh no ux or the uh scalability how we need more kind there uh focus on this triangle so basically we can see that in terms of this triangle in Marx is the

best and what is this triangle so it's a tror we found It's Kind kind of more academic or or research on this statelessness and if we have a stateless scalability uh or offline safety like or no which goes without the node requirements for example in light Network they had a node kind of requirements right and the to to keep it safe know to keep your asset safe and keeping eye on the other Mar stuff and something like that so offline safety network doesn't have that and the

capital efficiency of course are it's all about you can there yeah construction where you can can spend the all money uh without depositing before and so in terms of this triangle it's quite hard essential and also it's really important to complete all of these uh all of these are know features so and also we are providing the Privacy stuff and the the Privacy features more like are no flexible to adapt to their uh no legal requirements or social requirements like know stopping their

hackers money or this kind of stuff and we have that future as well so this is a take overview of it Max so yeah if we expand this features to to more the the other systems like lighting Network or yeah the previous plasma didn't have our own off right safety for example and okay um there used to be discussed in kind of impossibility of statelessness so it's well discussed in the academic space and there to reach out the one

conclusion that this kind of red line uh it's basically saying that stateless system need to have our local proof frequent local proof update and Loca proof update sounds kind of annoying but actually we can remove the almost all the program of these kind annoying ux and or security or know uh let's say uh communication regarding security and we can make the problem super minimized and the making local proof updates less critical is our most important or update are in box so basically we don't have the

stateless impossibility and stateless or the downside in terms of tradeoff so okay yes in not sh it's like a it's like plasma right uh statelessness statelessness is like plasma no posting the minimum data chain scales everything and so why do we talk about privacy stuff here simply because yeah it's very important uh in the social meaning and at the same time of course it's uh super important in the market meaning so basically in each cycle for example are know the fast

bubble and the io bubble device bubble and the know right now 2024 right and the right now meme coins are quite hard Hot Topics s but no we ignores that uh so each cycle and the each bubble had quite good excitement to have new things making less making something less scary and the first bubble is making self- custody less scary and the people rushed to have that before that people didn't have that so much and the 2017 people started to uh do the on onchain investment by Ico and basically it's making onchain basement onchain

token transfer less uh less scary for for many people and 2020 our def started and before that I was scared of looking many money on Def at the time on compound but after the defy summer almost all people started to local low amount of money on on the contract so it's making a default or kind of locked token on chain or less less scary so and this time people are scared of privacy a bit and so it's a time to make privacy less scary and okay scaring privacy so how to make

privacy uh for people among people and the including all kind of people not not limited to people rich people um so how to make that so we explain the construction of inmax and basically in inmax or Stat architecture provide this communication so basically blog producer makeer maret tree uh from their transaction uh from users or transactors and the making a market tree and distribute the market proof to the user side and the user side pres proof and they can update how that by zkb off Shain so everything is off Shain

everything on client side so it's not even noes so basically we fired uh nodes a lot of nodes on the Block producer because there's no job left for them so basically the Z computation dat preservation this was the biggest role in noes or in Z roll architecture but we don't need them on the user side client side do the bir So it's b basically up we can parize the computation data preservation up to the number of users so if there are minum people million lab polarization and if there are billion people billion lab polarization so there's no bottleneck uh when even if so

many people come to one Nel so this is a fundamental different and progress we can have for this so after this kind of proof distribution communication the people can prove that there's no history data uh no no sorry no transactions after that so you can spend the correct money and prevent the double spend even if you are kind of no didn't uh preserve your data so yeah this communication is meaning that each market proof itself is UD so of on client side and you will input this

utxo in your GTP circuit on your client side so why is this safe so we already talk about the double spend prevention but why balance is enough why the the transaction is bued actually block producer does not benify doesn't have to verify uh transaction when they make a market Tre and they don't bu dat so there's no bu dator and there's only tree maker and clients at zp verifies the history of utxo kind of passed by know many people or in a long long

history right and we can make this or enough balance proof with endless enough balance proof or endless utxo validity proof with the zp like this so it's a recursive zgp so the N minus 2 is proven in in N minus one and the N minus one is proven in in uh the GP uh n number n right so if you once verify the previous GTP you can prove the entire history of dtp uh it's meaning that entire history of UT right so no matter how long does know it takes or you can prove the no

entire history of utxo uh in a constant cost it's like no one second or 0.5 seconds know on your client side and it's always a constant cost so yeah imagine that it happens in each client side now this end chain of DP happens on client side and each people so it's million Lev polarization billion level polarization happened know because of this architecture so yeah and each transaction can have almost infinite number of transaction let's say token transfer so when you send the transaction you can

includer know for example 10K 10,000 token transfer for many people in one transaction without uh adding without adding any onchain cost because it's just ex kind of extension of the market proof right so it's a yeah so onchain cost is fixed five uh five bytes are per transaction and you can increase infinite amount of kind of transfers in that without additional data cost so uh how much time do I much so okay why this is good for

privacy and why I'm super excited uh know by privacy uh we have a tremendous scalability but still privacy is quite important in this system so to scale privacy there's two aspect kind of technical scity on the social scalability of privacy right so what about the social scalability so of course kind of ux privacy ruins ux sometimes and the legitimacy it's like a social requirements right I I don't like to talk about this so much but it's

quite requested so I need talk and yeah so we already talk about the technical video privacy so what about show so so TPS on The Meta privac is quite hard no Hot Topic or in privacy in my opinion so for example if you use trado cash Almost 100% you are privacy user right so because Tado cash is like no very super focused on privacy and maybe there's no usage or no outdoor privacy so if you use TR cash uh and if you use mono yeah no I I like both of them but

if you use that your address will be marked as a or your or your account will be marked as a privacy user right so what about lightning Network for example lighning Network have yeah kind of advanced privacy in this perspective because so many user are using lighting Network for just scalability right and so using the fact that using lighning network doesn't mean that you are your privacy user so you can mix up your user type information as well so basically it's meaning that yeah you don't have to scared of your address is marked or this kind of stuff so basically mixing their

type of kind of many types of people in one protocol is quite important so in my opinion the Privacy protocol has need to have uh kind of no the other purposes at the same time so that's the reason why TPS and the ultra scity is quite important for privacy um yeah normal prases like uh no yeah making a know privacy among citizens um so you don't have to be a kind of monstrous uh privacy uh no user or monstrous privacy uh

takech BL uh to to have privacy and it's quite important simply because it's know if we can make this just for moners no just like a Manor like a knocking door or yeah you you don't open their no uh or the others are no room and these kind of stuffs if we can make her just normal privacy we can make a quite a meta privacy as I mentioned in the last slide so privacy should be more for normal people not for the Privacy Deo and this is a kind of

happening in the space right now and for example privacy pool and yeah uh which is published by know their Amin money and know that know this people par paper and it's actually implemented in rail gun and they are they can prove that your fund is innocent uh with zp and it's super cool it's quite still quite neutral on cryptographic but yeah Z can prove that by specifying their anonymity set by yourself and also unstability we can provide because in this system the Brock producer it's all about just

making tree and the post market route on chain so and the of verification are dat kind of uh calculation cost so it's super cheap to to post to be a block producer so basically you can imagine that you w even Windows XP can be a know zkp Z Roll Part node operator or kind of block producer so it's quite hard important are to have unstability like this okay so that's it and so at the last I want to introduce privacy mining which we are doing and privacy mining is

a kind of token mining generation right now it's a point system but it's basically automatically uh no bind so it's not like a usual point system so it's kind of uh untransferable talking right now and you can be a shareholders uh of this uh very unique deck uh status architecture project uh no right now uh right now we already started the Privacy Mining and if you Google privacy mining or yeah search privacy mining on Twitter uh you can find the inmax account are talking about that and it's making a great anonymity set together uh just joining the imity

set and it's automatically L just coming in to the protocol and going out no you can do that instant actually and so privacy mining is quite important uh know in terms of project so yeah please join this uh please searching searching it on Twitter or somewhere yeah thanks so much thank you very much ala in next big Applause to please [Applause]
