maybe blockchain if we really think it through it's really a solution to a very old problem meaning my touch point abduction was the ownership question and blockchain is giving a solution to that [Music] my name is marco rossi working a dealer in suruc and director i'm part of the audit team bringing kind of blockchain expertise into audits and also working with the with my with the team of switzerland bringing the blockchain thinking to the clients with the blockchain technology you might reduce

the costs so you might grow in another way I think that that's my message I think when I go to companies telling them look you can continue to grow but one of the main driver in the future is maybe to reduce the costs and blockchain would facilitate processes not only within the company but with the widow with the provider or services with your suppliers with your clients and I think that that's kind of it's a process driven view of the economy and no more company a is doing something Company B is taking over and produce something in addition and Company C selling so you can really improve the processes by improving the processes you can reduce

massively the costs oh did 20 years ago was with a pencil wasn't hard paper hardcopy papers was on I think the reports were handwritten we had the computer now we have analytical tools that are already helping us in producing checks or internal controls validations etc this means that we need to be much more technological we need to have an awareness of how something is programmed in order us to check if the programming is wrong it's correctly or not so this might be a kind of capabilities that at the moment we have another in the way that it's needed for

the future so I think in the future you'll always need to have a kind of IT or technological link to the things in order to understand them otherwise you always need your IT guy Nick sitting next to you helping you in the understanding of the problem at the moment I'm trying to combine the virtual world meaning the literal words of people just here a newspaper in television blockchain Bitcoin to the real world so I'm trying to break down the benefit of a blockchain technology into aviation industry into the into low-key istic industry into watch industry so it's a

very important segment jewelry I think one example sweetness so we can trace the proof of origin of a jewel of a stone of a gem in the in the watch industry you can even I don't know if you can put in a shape into a watch and then you can check if you are the owner of the watch you are wearing and if somebody wants to sell it I think you can just buy app whatever check if it's original or not so these are kind of the idea where I'm trying to promote a blockchain telic technology in order to permit normally Industries is not not the banks because they already

recognized the benefit but related the corporate companies showing them the benefit from a cash perspective also the whole intercompany and and from an operational view in the future you need to have the skills to understand how to write a text into a computer language I think we know today how to write a report but I think in future we need to understand how we write a code to let the computer do things for us let's say this way I grew up in the 80s and I started with

Commodore and we had Atari we had Apple at some point in time windows came and everybody just started to use Windows without asking what what is the code behind it what is the code behind moving the mouse [Music]
