look after the complex topic of blockchain across our service right if it is really business flight already a very important topic or if it's more because everyone knows it's an important topic like whatever your issue you're looking off the blockchain not on the potential but definitely this these banks are really exploring the potential of blocked when on their own they will do white papers they think about what blockchain means for the bank if certain technologies used was that it means oh definitely especially the individuals in the middle

might get less relevant in in in such a system we really have to see but as a bank that in the end out life is customer what to do with their money on this kind of thing I don't believe this is going away but maybe more how it is done this might get more efficient going forward and I think this is that something that happens all the time started in the English Industrial Revolution though nobody should really be afraid of that we have to a kind of traditional business advising our customer what to do so don't believe too much is going to change but if you look at auto businesses like audit already trust it's

very important the blockchain allows the very transparent way of doing business and instead of earlier time when you looked at reports once in a month or whatever I believe blockchain unable to complete new field and this is also something that affects our first as a big four company sit in our offices and 30 and whatever of course we do that as well but we need to go out we need to post it participate in this whole blockchain community and honestly what is very new to me especially young person in my team how

enthusiastic they are about that or if there is a hackathon for it's not organized whatever they never come to me as a young technical they do you can I get some money for that they just go even touch so interested they just go and participate and and share what what they learn when we have heard this question and I believe this is really a new way also for us how we deal with this kind of new technology we are really in the middle of it nobody tells us what to do it's really we together shaping let's say what what your mission what what what is stands for in the end for blockchain

I think what's new for me is that there is nothing right or wrong I believe it would be wrong to say that I know or anyone know where we're leading tone and as I mentioned before I think this is some biggest change to encourage people to go forward and and explore because and I think this is really what needs to be done and I think it's also unbelief will help how these people react when they realize they have trust from my side that they should really go out and maybe if it look maybe 80% is wrong and in wrong is not the future or whatever

it is okay you know let can be beat and we have to go to another direction you know but I think this is new this is not what we know it is normal we have a plan you know exactly what you want to do and we chose to it and in this area I think it's not going to work like that so I think I need intelligence of all these people and discussion together where we want to go and not to go to move forward and I believe that's new to me and this is also bit like a little vintage from the altitude how we work toward the future you can imagine there's also a clash between this kind of view versus many people in the in company you know that

still work with the old way and it's also one of the of the task of us to educate people about about our blockchain how it works the center etcetera and I see as soon as people have seen the power of blockchain I see a lot of understanding and interest in this whole area so I've really seen very long-standing partners when they stole the whole opportunity ready to change the him I don't understand everything but I understand there is something behind so we meet ready to go forward that that's really great
