because I'm happen to be the president of this organization hm France we used to be called as if like an asset with an H but we had to change the name because like lots of people asked us why well you call something as if or as something but we get DNS name as that if so if you want your lender as the teeth you can ask me and we handled the website each year um France so we decided to switch because the branding is a little bit better let me know if you prefer assets or HRM France very quickly who Tom France focus on education research open source we support this kind of initiatives and we feed the hmm France website and we translate technical papers in French so

white paper move paper yellow paper and so on we have a Twitter account each on France and oh they're a bit stuck here so at ETH CC underscore you can check this this Twitter account if you need feed about the conference and you can also find us on YouTube on Association et Rome France it's super important to check this Association a term for intuitive channel because we upload every video and we live stream everything here today and we are likely to be able to upload the video right after we live streamed so everything will be kept and spread all over the place and we are a nonprofit organization regulated in France we 400 also members

and we have started doing meetups back in 2015 and still doing so and hopefully next year another HCC for maybe in this venue if you like it this kind of event can only happen if you get supports from sponsors here are all the company that's super are supporting us I'm also very proud to see that lots of this company are coming back from a to HCC which means that this conference is is pleasing them so it means for us that we are doing kind of a good job and I hope you will have a tremendous experience the broad sponsors you will meet them in person easily because they have boosts make sure to

every year and we are lucky to have such a good partner for the video because it helped us really upload fast the videos and doing a proper livestream and measure on the mutuality the wonderful place that we are here today for this conference and I'll tell you a little bit more about this place how or force media partners force forget this one so all of this nice website are helping us on the conference and doing PR so if you want to check out articles about the conference you can check those but what you came here for of course the Wi-Fi this is the SSID at CC and the password is Baggett 2020 podcaster Baggett if you just want to

scan the QR code you will be brought directly to the to the to the Wi-Fi is it working yeah that's the first life demo we are doing today still seeing people I don't know if you are making fun of me on Twitter or taking the screenshot here we go so for the agenda website at CC that I use - about if you scroll on the top right corner you have a menu on your phone and

you can click on the agenda we do to kind of agenda this year we are trying to improve in this we had a lot of feedback from previous editions that the agenda was not easy to read and we partner with trusts community that built a small app that you can check out directly online so if you click on this big rectangle here you are brought to this page on the left where you can sort the talks by day tracks calendar and so on I hope it helps but when we except when we set this up we had comments that are now bring the old one back sure so we also brought the old one back so if you prefer the pdf version you can click on

the I prefer the pdf version and you have a link right below this rectangle on the website so it's pretty packed today today and tomorrow and the day after we have eight different tracks running in parallel and actually we have nine track because there is a private track will tell you a little bit more about this in a second so streams yes streams if you need the link to the streams you need to check out this Twitter account at CC underscore we will send the link for the for the air for the stream and we will also post it on our slack and you should have got an invitation to the slack in the email that we sent you about the events if you

haven't receive any information by email it may be in your trash folder or spam folder so check it out so today we are wizardly mutuality I've been looking at mutuality in English it turns out it's not a word that is used a lot in the English language it came from the Latin Mutual's first use the first years BC first century BC in Caesar was writing the Queen yamoto am su mo which means I'm lending a sum of money and then please use it as in the sense of reciprocated which are reciprocated so in fact when we talk about virtuality we talk about a

system the Solidarity and 20 market a group are based on individual which we can roughly translate I think now you all speak French it's a system for solidarity between the members of the group and it's based on mutual aid solidarity and when you check on the college dictionary which one Italy if a building society or insurance company as which all studies it's not all base shoulders but based customers will receive a share the profits and the example I'm not kidding is details and I'll just build a society which all statuette became a bank so let's see if we can do the other way around start from the bank and add virtual

service this almost 900 years earlier like it's I think it's a 1931 and the initial design was to promotes mutuality in France and this area used to have exactly 1789 six because of the French Revolution here and really treaty in France so mutual Jesus's answer eternity let's stop goofy about the effect in the room the second beer corn a virus we encourage you to check what the v8 show

but to say about it so the world s organization has a very big Q&A page with everything you need to know about these diseases and how to catch all not to gadget not to parent it and since mass affair community members have been posting very interesting articles and you have so many things to read I took some time to do a little bit EMDR the link issue the Q&A forum viruses and our slack and I invite you to join the slack or you can just check vho that's in QA economics you'd find a thing so first off if you're feeling sick you should stay on there ok you should preferably use 110 tissues you have do

not share the tissues do not confess these are each other's I mean we are we are for my experience very welcoming community like to bomb like to various so on but those needs and often each other's test as that's not happen and most of all wash your hands that's as good as using some so it's a little bit less quick but it's really as good as using sanitizers and we have the toilets everywhere in this building it everywhere they are super clean and you don't even have to touch the thing it's just then use soap you can just wash your hands is as efficient and the really good thing about washing your hands is not only stops the spread after hours but they solve every virus

so let's take this opportunity yeah there are ads EKG should you panic every not in this kind of situation is never do to panic and also from the statistics it's mostly helpful to people that already as medical conditions are quite and so 60-plus pressure heart disease of Poland and so on in this case you should take my productions and most of all be wearing the head mask is not happened if you are not already sick you don't have to wear a mask right so if you lost same thing as mass change the drug drops there to

note especially if you're looking for most of all it was easy to find we have something here - one floor and everything is happening at the first and second for me and I'm sure you'll find your way it's a really straightforward and if you don't use the stairs we have a lift over there and we also have a coffee machine goodbye Spencer moments that said expresso a cafe super for strong coffee why you should join the stock because we are posting information on it and also because we so capture the short key challenge so the artists artists ammonia made a video

as a hidden the private key and if you find this private key you've been through her exciting we feel this year we are addressing so while the feedback that we heard from last year so last year the year before the year before was the ICO Christ everybody was happy and easily finding funding for the production projects when the ICL went off people have trouble finding funding for the project so decide to make adhesives and one of the feedback that we have is that the companies were attending at Ravenna finding knowledgeability seems that time it's fun to deploy in the russian space so we

decided to chose this private track so some people here are visas and a special schedule on day two and a tree about service items that are also speaking at technical talks in HCC I want to pitch the projects to achieve EC's we are a distraction with this truck and we'll do it again next year so if you are speaking here the speakerphone at the end you had a question like would you like to pitch for the VC track next year if you're interested just tick the box and this this track has been organized by users
