(mis)adventures in governance

Name: (mis)adventures in governance
Duration: 25 min 14 s
Description: Wassim Z. Alsindi takes a wry, anecdotal look at protocol governance, framed as a series of misadventures rather than a tidy success story. At Protocol Berg 2023, the talk surfaces the messier realities of coordinating decisions across decentralized communities, where formal governance processes often collide with the informal politics of who actually shows up and shapes outcomes.
