Ethereum Due Diligence Committee Call #2

EthStaker Community Calls · April 2020 · 46:02

With the committee's statement now published, members chase the remaining staking providers for answers to the questionnaire and divide up the evaluation work. They plan to announce once all answers are in and to use the next meeting to decide which providers get a red, yellow or green light.

sorry if you ask something listen saying why denver is beautiful in snow because we have the very bright sunshine the day after the snowstorm um you you must be a native so so you are organically prepared for these conditions and and i am not and i don't get you because i feel this is not a context for humans to thrive so what are you saying that we have

perfect attendance not quite uh but we're pretty close we're still missing do we do we have jeff maybe jeff's on here but i don't see him uh not quite yet jim said he was gonna be on from a testament to donald there's someone who doesn't have a name that says it's taker is that michael oh my michael hello sorry i didn't realize i did that again i uh i was doing some more stuff i didn't realize i was still in our account but that's me yeah it's okay all right so i think we should go ahead

and start considering we're only waiting on i think one or two more uh so thanks for taking the time i really appreciate it guys especially for those of you in the united states who have uh thanksgiving going on i understand this is a hectic week for everyone as you can see i'm at my parents place this is not my sword i promise it's my parents sword but don't be touching me for that so you know let's just uh hop right into it uh i don't think there's anything to report on the statement considering we finalized that and that's now online would everyone be okay with moving on beyond the mission statement committee reporting in fact we might even potentially close that topic terminal perfect

uh so let's talk a little bit about some of the scope discussions um so we once again this past week has been really about an in um [Music] i don't think we have anything to say here right it's just less than 32 8 is what we decided and there hasn't been much discussion since then so i think we just move on to the next topic everyone agree perfect awesome so next topic so let's do the update on the top level domain

and i thought that this would be a good time since we've we've already gotten the website up but there's some discussions of when we're going to finalize the website and if everyone can kind of point their attention to i believe this was this conversation was happening and the no i guess it wasn't this is happening in the eddc long term but i think it's a good conversation to have about the top level domain hold on does anyone remember where we were discussing whether it be we get the domain done by january it wasn't in edcc long term that edc long term today should just be off the agenda yep it's

not changed since last week so you can just skip past i think the domain question is under the general tab uh where i proposed uh just an arbitrary date to kind of get us all launched yeah so so michael uh this is sort of related to top level domains it has to do with getting the website finished since i think this is a good time to discuss this as well so do you just want to go over um the proposal you had and then after michael um hank you had some very interesting thoughts about this uh and so if you can follow michael regarding um you know the the response that you had and once again this conversation thank you for pointing this out uh it started on november 24th you can find it in the general section it starts with michael or invetica's post that is titled i have a proposal

i'd like to get the group's input on yep so basically uh just extending off of that uh for those of you that aren't familiar with what i'm doing i've got a pretty decent workload right now for just the east acre community in general predominantly building out websites not akin to what we're already doing so building out the east acre website the study master website and now the ethereum due diligence website um and that's both the site the branding uh kind of the full uh spectrum of what a website should be so with that i want to at least get a better sense of what we think an appropriate launch date is knowing that the plate that i've already got in front

of me again the date i picked was just sort of arbitrary it gives me a few weeks to kind of get a few of these other things in order i have no problem moving that earlier or later depending on what the group's consensus is but the takeaway here from me is i just need a little bit of time outside of uh you know launching today and and then just kind of figuring out what that date is so i can kind of plan around it so i'm open to suggestions as to when uh anyone would like to suggest for a launch date i guess before we start on a date i'm more curious on your thoughts on what does launch mean in this sense do we um publish

an announcement on twitter do we um have the food side ready and the like uh and like uh and like uh um how many um staging pool do we need stuff like that so from the from at least my perspective the way i see this is it's going to be a fairly basic site in that it's going to take a blog form format where uh each uh staking pool that we as a group are vetting out will have sort of a post and at the bottom of the post it'll be i would imagine we'll have some sort of one two three paragraph summary of our overall thoughts on what that service is and at the bottom of each post is going to be

our our general uh rating if you will so in a very nice pretty graph in a color maybe we break down in categories on i don't know something like uh overall trust technology uh risk whatever however we want to break that down we maybe have a graphical representation of each of those categories and then sort of our overall rating for uh the respective service itself with uh a new numerical rating or letter rating i forget where we actually decided on that within a corresponding color to that overall rating so that's the the general post in terms of volume uh i think that's i'm not too caught up in that in terms

if we just launch with a service or you know two or three services that are willing to volunteer uh to be vetted out i don't think that's too important i think as long as we keep going over time that that'll just take care of itself for the distribution of this i see this as you know no different than any big corporation so we we make a post once we've as a group come to a consensus on what we think the thing will be rated as i'll take all the information that we um agree on as a committee publish that to the website throw it out on social media probably make a a video representation on our on our both the eddc youtube page which we'll have to create

just not doing anything different than what the post is saying but just to kind of do another channel blast because people do like video over text sometimes um and just sort of following traditional web 2 distribution methods but that's overall kind of what i'm thinking uh in terms of distribution i don't know if that really answers your question no that's great yeah it that that's a great point to discuss because i think also how much content we put up there there are things for example internally we haven't even come to conclusion on such as that rating system for example like you know are we going to use numbers or we're going to use uh kind of uh the red light green light yellow light system so

uh what is how important is it to have all that information up and obviously more like the format of the information so we can go progressively through the different uh staking pools and evaluate them but how important is it to start with all that sort of information decided internally for us or do we just start by literally posting the answers to the questions that we've already asked which would be a lot easier to probably get that information up okay i have a comment um on that madison it seems to me there's the question

of which michael you're doing awesome work but there's the question of that presentation layer michael's got a lot he's been asked to do his boss overworks him and he's working for free um i understand his boss is on the call he spoke together he goes he smiles so michael's working for free and and hank the boss has got him overworked so i totally get that you can't make a staker you know and you were wondering how do you make that all happen my point would be we as a committee could gain something by thinking a little bit this way separate the presentation layer it's not an important but the presentation layer is how we put this out to the community and i'm pretty sure that we could get

that a little separated where michael and and and superfiz and a few others are thinking how do we the east acre community take out those results separately from that we we as a group have to do what madison just suggested which is we got to know what the hell we're doing uh at the detail of can we write a pdf you know when can we write a word a text document that has what are the answers and i thought we had two or three people who agreed to kind of focus on the staking pool evaluation part of the game number one and secondly i thought last week that we all had pretty strong consensus with the view that i think was articulated very well

by either jeff or um possibly somebody else but it was jeff was this idea of pools and that we really aren't going to probably get to green cards with anybody we we're too small in the group we're not the greatest people in the world we're just people who want to help we'd probably only be able to say hey some of these look like they have a red card we're just not able to we're not able to feel comfortable as a group about them and this other group has a green a yellow card and that's about what we know and then maybe in three weeks or four weeks uh six weeks around january the kind of time michael's thinking of we might do a much better thing and because we know some results running in for three weeks or six weeks we might be

able to move some of those yellow cards into green cards because we get feeling better about them that was just how i see it but i think separating the presentation and what michael's thinking about how do we take it out to the world how do we fix the website separate that band problem from the problem of how do we just get to red card yellow cards on some subset whether it's three or 17 pools who've actually said they're ready right now and we just put red cards or yellow cards and we all have to come in with opinions anyway that's my thought no kirk that's a great point um and where we are in the staking pool evaluations i believe and someone correct me if i'm wrong here is we've sent out these initial questionnaires we've been receiving answers to the questionnaires

now uh if if someone can step in at any time and report like what percentage is it fifty percent is it sixty percent of the total list have they responded with the answer those questionnaires that'd be good for some good information do you have something to say about that nolan i've got uh three of the replies that i agreed to i'm three for three all right hey uh just who um is there a way for us to see on the back end because i can't see it who submitted because i know two the two that i reached out to also submitted but and they confirmed with me via discord but i can't see their answers so whoever has access to that if they could talk or pull it up right

now and just say how many have answered those questions and then the next step is okay if we're close to 100 then obviously we don't need to spend too much effort getting you know it'll take a little bit of effort to get that last 20 percent if we're at 80 but now the question is what do we do with those answers but let's first get an update from where those answers are um i have access to the google form i thought i made it so the answers were public but maybe i screwed that up um that might also have been my misinterpretation because i've been sending out the form but i don't know if the answer is let me check okay one sec let me go over to my uh other computer and i'll pull up that google form hey nolan

i know you got it i'll feel your back or if you're trying to say something yeah i didn't know if no one could hear oh yeah well i was just going to say that i think it would be a good thing no matter what's on those forums and no matter how usable they are if one of the two or three people who's put their hands up and said they've helped lead the staking pool evaluation effort would actually write

summary posts on the discord about that in other words let's summarize at a high level where's the executive summary you know we put out requests to 17 we've got six pack we've got put our request to 17 we got 14 back because i think when those are back we could pretty much schedule a time within a day or two for the rest of us to crawl through whatever data we have and then where we walked through and do kind of yellow card red card kind of conversation along the lines of the discussion last week unless i'm off on any of that which you guys should correct me yeah that was good i would like to get my hands on them and just do a run of due diligence and to make sure just people can craft the perfect response when they answer those questions

so we should still check like whether it's true yeah so no maybe i'm doing this wrong but when i click it it just comes up with the questions themselves with blank answers when i click the link that you posted and it doesn't uh have um like who's answered it and the answers to those questions right one second uh see summary charts i might have just sent the wrong link i agree with kurt could be very helpful if we could get maybe every other day you know if it's possible just like you

know now we're at 80 and now we're at 90 now we're at 100 we have all the answers that we've looked for to get okay so google form struggles on maya and decide we have steak fish steak bitcoin swiss bloc it's uh blocks a testament and i haven't entered in the answers yet because they didn't answer the actual questions they just gave like a summary so i've been procrastinating but i have staking facility answer as well perfect and then you i think that's about that's what six that would be six yes um so we have we only we we have six out of

it looks like you know i'm not going to go through and count but it looks like about 18 right yeah all right so maybe so six out of 18 we're clearly you know we're not we're one third of the way there so we're gonna have to spend a significant amount of effort also continuing to get those answers this week so uh let's go through the list um nolan you got stakewise you said right uh stakewise uh yes yes uh blocks you got blocks blocks is done you said staking facilities you got yeah i got a testing so that's uh done

and it showed up on the back end right yep perfect uh all you can stake um so no one volunteered to get all you could stake i think the best path forward here is a lot of these haven't been allocated out yet so maybe we should just go through and allocate this out so people can take ownership over them and try to get those answers by this time next week does everyone agree with that path forward yeah i'll take on a few more yep i can take on a few more as well um i'm happy to take all you can stake um steak fish is in on the back end correct yep i'm happy to take ever steak um just uh it would be nice too if others

could step up i understand like nolan and i've been reaching out to a bunch of these and collins also reached out to a bunch of them so any other one anyone else in the group would be willing to step up especially it looks like we have about seven left um just for just for background uh quickly steak with us is going to reply today um they may not end up supporting e2 at all um so they may not be worth worth it they may not be ready liquid's sake we should hear from today bison trails we'll hear from today an anchor we'll hear from today the only one on my list that i didn't get to because i just didn't know who the best human was to reach out to was lydo so open for either someone to to give a

recommendation as to who the best person to send that to is uh or if someone else wants to send it they can kirk put a email address that was for leto right kirk that was that was that was for dharma uh oh it was for liquid state and colin have you already covered liquid steak are you getting the answers that you just said yeah i reached out to andrew the other day um and me him and russell are gonna jump on a call in the near future as well just to discuss some other stuff so they're going to get it filled out my information that was new was i somehow thought liquid steak was going to be one of the dharma institutional things and i learned in this email where russell wrote me back that liquid stake is in fact

aiming for retail and in fact is pooling so therefore i think they're of interest and if they're on colin's list you should add them to your list that the huey p long that you just put in medicine yep so i just posted a list and to my please correct me if i'm wrong but these are the ones that is currently outstanding now that collins uh updated us on the ones that he got um in addition to i've already the reason why i didn't include all you could steak and ever steak is because i'm i've already claimed that i'm happy to reach out and do those but these are the unclaimed uh stinking entities that we should reach out to or missing any uh the coincidence is done bitcoin's

release is done and then ether chest uh i mean i've well that's a whole thing it's undone right it's it's undone but i mean he he's he's not launching it at uh i think it would be better if if someone other than nolan did due diligence for that just any of us it's an evolving relationship okay so it looks like uh go ahead because i just had curiosity what's uh what's a quick background on it um i mean is it futile or just not you know we don't know he uh so he has

developed a product um and he has shared it with us and we've asked him not to promote it on e-sticker channels because we're not sure of the legitimacy i mean i i think there there's definitely intent there but we've tried to walk the fine line of not passing judgment without having all of the answers and so just based on us trying to remain um you know impartial i feel like it's better if someone who hasn't had previous exposure does that does a fresh look yep cool makes sense i'm happy to send that if someone just

just wants to give me contact details for someone we can do that so this is very weird right do we do we have like uh and this may be more once the diligence questions come out the other end but uh is is is there like a code threshold i guess uh like a state state of code for a project that um and i mean will will we just exclude them entirely if there's no code or will we rank that in a category and have that be one of the determining factors because just because someone doesn't have any code yet or impartial code or unaudited code you know doesn't mean that they should be left out i believe that's the first

priority though as a first priority they could be like power only pools right yeah okay i mean yeah if they don't have anything built yet they have a while until anything will be functioning to be honest with you so that's fair i think the threshold is when they begin marketing if they've market if they're marketing a product then whether or not they have code we have some due diligence to help the community know whether it's a viable product and if if there's no code but their marketing then our due diligence says that okay cool awesome so one thing i definitely want

to do is like let's just crank this out and get people assigned and volunteered to get these last few statement rules um that are outstanding sent those questions so we have uh you know who's willing to take a couple i'll just mark the names down like dragon state state tech and p2p.org i'll do p2p i'm looking at their website right now here can you also do dragon steak and snake which one do you said dragon steak steak tech all right first three yeah number two and i'm gonna publish this so everyone can see and then i'll repost the discord to make sure everyone remembers of who they volunteered for

all right so the next three rocket pool finance and you and we do have bitcoin suites right is binance officially announced a staking pool yet they have no i keep oh having ever seen him say it now crack and did announce though this week i'm pretty sure correctly isn't that correct kraken kraken is on board i don't know if they've announced it publicly but but yeah kraken is gonna have stuff ready to go um like shortly after genesis

um last time i checked in on finance they they've been using a series of different providers and also doing internal stuff on their own they haven't announced anything yet but there will be something but based on the state of where they're at today i don't think they'll be one of the first ones to come to market but yeah they are they are testing solutions with multiple providers and they have been for a few months awesome so i think if they're not marketing though we don't have to evaluate them at this point in time does what everyone agree with that yeah from what i'm seeing finance will be one of the exchanges using the dharma

capital or code phi awesome um so rocket pool bitcoin sweets i forget nolan do you say we we already have bitcoin squeeze i have answers for bitcoin sweets yes perfect and then we had someone uh we had calling volunteer for etherchest so that's not an open one so we have a rocket pool and lido left someone could step up and volunteer for those last two that'd be terrific i can do uh i can do rocket pool i know david well um and lydo was on my original list but but again not not too sure who the the best person to reach out there is if

someone wants to give a recommendation i can also send that if no one has a recommended i can step up and do lido and just figure out who the right person is and to connect you know do it that way i'm happy to do that yeah yeah their their discord isn't and like i've been able to track some humans down through some medium articles um but their discord isn't so straightforward as to who the owners of the project are yeah all right so for the outstanding pools this is what we have in the staking pool evaluation finance um ether chess

is going to be calling and now that's it for that item uh so let's go back to our original point so clearly we identified that we only had about a third done so far we need to get that last kind of two-thirds in and then once we have all those questions and information uh you know we have all those answers do we want to then present those answers as is on the website we have a q a section there we want to then synthesize the information coming with a rating system based purely on those answers and then put that on the website what do you guys believe it would be the next steps for the staking full

evaluation data we're currently gathering yeah may i go yes um uh before i want to back up really quickly um uh there was a suggestion that that you know i have tasked michael to work on the work on the website michael and i are very much equals on the east staker team so um i i don't i want to dispel any notion that i'm somehow the i i know i know you're being silly but i don't i don't know who else has an understanding uh we are five people who work equally um but michael is our um our awesome web developer and i'm really impressed with his work

um so i believe that the best service we can provide the community is getting as much information as we can out quickly regardless of format even if it is an ugly text dump because i'm answering 10 or 12 comments a day about what which pool should i join and all i can say right now is please wait for eddc.org to provide information and even if if it changes frequently even if it is just adding and stacking up at least there's evidence of change and growth so that may give some people will jump the gun but many people will wait for formative

responses and i think that's the thing we want to happen my ultimate concern is that in the vacuum of information people will make poor choices and find themselves submitting deposits to unscrupulous places and lose funds and our ultimate goal is to avoid that so the concern that i have with direct with with with direct post their response to the site is that sort of becomes an endorsement right where people will read the response and think that we're endorsing such product so i think um if we do do that i do prefer we put

the response inside there inside uh inside the gihar ripple and just put a giant disclaimer on top saying that this is this is a dire response and we don't um endorse it i agree i think disclaimers make a lot of sense um but let's let's let's also examine hank's point uh i don't know if we're gonna have you know creating a rating system and deciding how we're actually going to you know we said probably no one's going to be green light we still didn't determine the factors that we want to use in order to even rate what's uh what a green light

would look like or what a yellow light currently is i don't know if we're gonna be able to discern that uh even this week maybe next week and so if we want to get information online as quickly as possible um obviously with disclaimers saying we don't endorse it this is just you know maybe the answers those questions or a synthesis or maybe a synopsis of those answers um what do you guys think about just getting that synopsis or those answers posted on the website once we have all the main and once we all give the go ahead and turn them well i i agree with the general sentiment that was expressed by terence

a few moments ago and by other people last week that we want to be very careful about that i i kind of like clearance's idea that we don't we do dump their responses they're public out onto a github repo so the serious lookers can look at i'm not sure we put all of them on the website because it could influence people in exactly the way terence just suggested um but i want to make one more comment and to with respect to your comment madison that um it's not clear that we have a super process together i agree i mean i think long term we have to work on how do we build a process where the community can rate this but i don't think we're going to get a super process in place and one process could in the short term i think one process could be the fact

that there's like nine of us on this call there's probably 10 or 12 or 11 something like that if uh if all of us are participating and it could just be a matter of we take those responses we do our own due diligence for a day or two after they're in and then we come around and it's a red card yellow card kind of a format and we all do it and somehow have some aggregation process it's objective it isn't perfect and i recuse from maybe if i know the people too well from consensus or something and you all recuse for different reasons on a few we end up smashing that together and we put something out that's a piece of due diligence from some people who i think both by the vetting that was done before they got here

as well as just working with you all for for three weeks i think this group is very committed to helping protect this east acre world and i you know we're not going to be perfect but we're going to have some subjective opinions that are going to be much better than in a world where we don't put them forward so i don't think we have to have a perfect process madison that's what i'm really trying to get out sorry for the long set of words oh i hope that makes sense uh has a question so to kind of i don't know if i'm mudding the waters here to kind of extend on that i did post a link in the chat to just a real quick and dirty uh mock-up this is a reference that i'm pulling from that i think uh would be a good format for the

site uh we'd have uh our long-form summary synopsis of whatever the uh staking pool service is in the black and white text our you know power power graph summary of exactly what our overall thoughts are and then just like a breakdown of like what's good in this what's bad in this and just give it give nice little cute bullet points and then our overall rating system this is from our previous conversations and kind of what i've been kind of visualizing this is roughly kind of what i'm thinking if this adds any direction to the group i'm open to and again this is just nothing is coded yet this is just a quick and

dirty mock-up obviously using uh stock images and and the like but michael where's that posted i'm not saying chat um if you it should be uh an image or link uh in the google chat here in the chat you mean the google chat yep yep oh all right i was looking at the discord so the point here is this is probably what i would consider a version one launch when maybe we've got a little bit uh more information and where we're formally advertising the site uh and things like that but from a data dump there's nothing stopping us from maintaining this format and just doing like a text only type of thing if that helps if i'm hearing people correctly we probably

want to set a higher priority of just getting things out to help people in the in the immediate term uh and then maybe uh spit and polish some of this up some of this stuff up uh for you know the formal launch where we make things a little bit prettier for those that may have waited a little bit longer for our services or services like this to kind of make sure that everything is sound but open suggestion here yeah so from these conversations it sounds like and correct me if i'm wrong here the process is we get the answers we dump them into a github uh we then internally go through

and uh apply a sort of rating process such as the one that michael kind of presented or at least thinking how that will be end up being presented at the end of the day um but we go through and you know individually you know we and we mark them you know red light or yellow light we then come to a discussion point of hashing out what we think should be actually be you know presented as a yellow light presented as a red light the factors that are then listed we then put that information on the website in the format that michael presented you guys agree that that's the sort of process we're looking at so first github then kind of internal evaluation individual evaluation then discussion and finalized form and

then website and description how transparent just a another little caveat here depending on transparent we want to be as a committee to our audience here we could almost make you know once we have internally compiled all the information and vetted it ourselves we could almost do a session like this where as a group we go over each of these steps in y as a committee we've established whatever rating we're going to publish and then in addition to the individual sort of blog post we'll we'll add this to that as well with our rating to kind of further expand on look this is this is why we've agreed to it these are the reasons why

use at your own risk or you know or don't that makes complete sense and so let's talk about things in the immediate term like one week from now ideally i think our target should be one week from now for having all those answers in and then as soon as we have all those answers in uh you know whether it be nolan whether it be me so someone will or or whether it be michael or anyone else we'll make the announcement that all the answers are in and if there's enough time if we have two to three days before our next meeting then i'm you know we're gonna push to try to have the next meeting be devoted to you know okay guys what did you guys

think is this red light is this yellow light um and then we discussed that during the next meeting and so anytime after that uh after that next meeting we can number one dump the github uh the answers into the github and then number two now that we've come to sort of consensus on what we think is a red light yellow light we start formatting that for the website in the preceding weeks to follow uh next week does that all make sense so far does everyone agree with that plan of action yeah awesome awesome so you know i i those are the big topics we had going on for today um the next topic is still

kind of going back to kirk's topic that's we we touch on every once in a while but we can you know continue on and slowly move the ball forward based on prior discussions um what what where is the due diligence committee going long term and so right now um we had that we have this top down process that we're going to come up with a red light yellow light system that it's looking like it'll probably maybe take two to three weeks in order to get that information online considering the timeline we we just provided maybe closer to the two weeks line if we're optimistic um at that point uh you know how do we work on uh what what are the processes we want

to think about in order to create a way for the community to give their ratings and for the community to have their input versus it coming from purely from us first of all i'm interested just taking a sentiment signal right now does everyone believe that's the direction we should be going in like raise your hand yeah so that's that's consensus right there so that's clearly the direction we want to go uh there's a couple different processes you know just off the top of my head and if anyone else has them that this could work on we could have a new committee form especially since

you know the committee is no longer necessary since we already finalized the mission statement a couple other committees it's the same way we can have a committee uh that works on coming up and presenting with this group the processes that we believe we should move towards for a sort of decentral or more grassroots-driven evaluation system of these staking pools would you guys agree that uh giving the committee the ability to come up with some solutions and then presenting to them to the group would be the best path forward awesome well i'm uh hank did you have something to say there was that a thumbs up

perfect oh iffy wha why uh i'm interested to hear why if he um my my only concern is that uh with the limited bandwidth of the group that starting another committee on top of our existing priorities um could detract from immediate goals uh kirk yeah yeah i agree with uh with super fizz on that and furthermore i might say madison you might want to change the language to be the following rather than a separate committee it's more almost a subcommittee not that it's impossible

for somebody to be added to it from outside but it's kind of a sub group i think most of the work that's happening here is happening better when three or four people go off and focus on a sub piece of things i think that was true in scope that was true on this one um i got this i'm definitely focused on where we are long term and how we build something that's robust and effective in the long term and i don't think it's top down that's you already know i i think that but i agree with uh super fizz that calling it a separate committee is going to be a little problematic and it's probably better off to think of it as a subset of who's here but we don't want to also detract from the work so i'm certainly happy if it doesn't get started for a

couple weeks okay but you think it's important stuff and i certainly will have i will be happy to be participating in that one as you know i have very strong views on it i will articulate my views and then see where we come it's a great point it's we do already also have an eddc long-term channel right so we can you know i can begin just casually discussing how they think this process should look if they want and maybe as kirk suggested we revisit in a couple weeks potentially use that subcommittee in order to formulate uh you know the process of deciding what we then present to the larger group

as potential um ways that we could make this more of a grassroots uh process but people agree with that awesome awesome so that was everything that was on the agenda are there any other items that you guys think we missed today uh the big one obviously is getting the staking pool evaluations uh in so we can then dump that information into a github and then we can start individually analyzing what we think is a red light what we think is a yellow light and come together next week to discuss that but are there other items that uh big items that people think we're missing today

did we sorry and i hate to sound dense here did we do we have a tentative timeline then for me in terms of uh when we want to see a a version of a site i don't care what functionality really yeah it's so correct me if i'm wrong here guys but it sounds like uh it's pro it doesn't need to you know it's definitely not next week for example because we're gonna have the the dump into github uh it's going to come if we can get the evaluations done like if we can come to a consensus next week on what we think is a red light in yellow light uh it'll then probably take at least a week or maybe two weeks uh to then get that into a format that's on the website

itself so we'll have the decisions we'll have our reasoning but then we'll have to decide how we want to format that on the website so that's looking at uh like anywhere between you know two and a half to four weeks would you guys agree with that timeline on pink yep so i i'll wait for a group consensus about agreeing with the timeline but i i would like to encourage us to post that on the splash page for ecdc.org which would be a we expect to have results published here on this date and a link to the github with the dump because that that right now is is the only way that i know how to instill some confidence in users that

we're actually making progress i completely agree i also think that once we have all the information from these questions that we immediately dump it to the github and immediately post it and have a link to it on the website so that they have access that information if they so choose and the github will have the disclaimers that we discussed about that terence is 100 correct to include okay that works for me that works so we're looking at just like mid-december instead mid-december would be the time where we hope to have the actual rating system online for everyone to see

and we're looking at december 2nd for being the date where you have all the information in the github that's linked on the site for the question and answers that we have right now great awesome all right is it no other topics that people want to discuss all right though i think this is adjourned thank you guys so much for uh for coming you know once again you want to do uh you know the fun fact all right guys happy thanksgiving yeah happy days patricio
