is this a game or is it real [Music] what's up i'm austin griffith i'm here with superfiz and unvetica and we're talking about how we are going to throw down for east denver we're going to do like a game jam kind of thing i think right is that the plan so we're thinking we'll get in

we'll play around with some games uh on ethereum and then we'll really do like a deep dive on a particular game dark forest how about uh like a preview into what you guys would like to accomplish with what we build with with the dark forest are we building a plug-in are we looking to plug in what are you guys thinking people who are playing are going to get the full experience just by playing just the the regular gameplay itself is enough to draw in every ethereum that i know and then for the people who feel like it's not enough and they need more then they can move into plug-ins i think that's why we're probably so excited about dark forest in particular not to make this the dark force showcase here but because of that extensibility right it's it goes beyond just the plug-ins you

know if i'm if i'm taking over the world in in my little uh space of of the universe and it's not going fast enough i can spin up you know a local uh you know x-dinode or i can i can do all these little things to really dive deeper into the game so there's sort of that depth of the game but there's also out of proxy because of diving deeper in that game we're learning more about blockchain so it's sort of this really cool self-fulfilling type of learning which is really that's what's got me hooked i'm so looking forward to sharing the concepts that make it meaningful to me um it is just as i've kind of said before for 10 years i've been looking for a game that just stole my attention and dark forest has actually absolutely

stolen my attention i can't quit i can't sleep i can't do anything uh so i can't wait to dump that when is it gonna be do we even like what's the this is a promo for something that's gonna happen anybody know the exact date on when that something is going to happen [Applause] and i'm hoping to also kind of explore a couple other games as we go through this maybe we'll take a break from that and go look at uh you know some random game and say like what makes this random game interesting and how they worked around those

blockchain constraints how have they done something completely new and innovative and how can we like use that to inspire the next you know uh wave of gay game builders that are coming into ethereum building on top of this really neat substrate and if none of that uh you know piques your interest maybe come for the poach all right happy bow tie friday we'll see you there you
