hey guys you seen it yeah okay clar and seen or similar volume O's the odd man out sorry the rest of us probably do updates while o figures out his mic uh yep sure not a lot for my side actually um I think I'm just waiting for the results see if we can get the consistent hashes um I think K probably remembers better what happened there uh yeah the Cent the net get seems to produce very similar results there's
couple of cases that is aware of like for example when cont is this Tru and Ne does e log for that and then then there was one other difference and then there's the L hases and time stamp and block size are something that are still differing everywhere and those need to be fixed but I haven't started figuring or looking that closely into those yet because the time stamp is clear difference at the still that needs to be fixed all right so yeah last week we found out that there is uh no difference in block numbers but there is difference in time stamps and we're currently investigating that and the issue in our
understanding is that it is only for the first block right clar yeah I think so yeah but the interesting thing that sometimes it the time but it doesn't and I couldn't figure out what is the reason for that and when you specified the block numbers the times were still different here yeah and when you specified time overrides did anything change then it seems to work when you specify the time stamp it's always be and it doesn't work before you specify the time stamp but after specify the time stamp it seems to
work and do the hashes get equal when you specify the time stamp um no because they're depends on their parent and then I cannot get their parents too much and if you specify both the time stamp and parent number would it help you cannot specify the you mean you are setting the I haven't I don't have that kind of test case yeah all right uh yeah and from our side so we're currently looking at why the numbers are different probably I'll have to run uh have some more because it is really strange for me as the code log
IC is quite stain and quite easy there so it shall be Parent Time Time + one for every case when the time stamp is not specified but for kilari it is plus 12 seconds in my understanding so for some cases but they are not always that's why it's bit weird how sometimes it's 12 seconds and sometimes 1 second yes so it's quite quite a strange difference is it on hive or always or it is also on hive like pling it's in Hive and in the mainest as well MH yeah all right uh yeah so we're
looking at that and also I had to say that I'll be off for the vacation for the next week y you said next week or next two weeks uh the week after this one okay you'll be here this week and you'll be out all next week yeah so I'll do progress I think next Monday okay and Cena I remember you had a nice discussion in the chat room could you reate for the group uh first I would have to remember is that the override stuff
yeah probably was this related to the move to things didn't we we discussed that one last week though right or is there a new topic yeah I think we discussed it last week already which what we discussed oh yeah perfect I don't think there was anything new last week all right and let's did we resolve the potential difference in the extra data field it's empty so okay that that and that's return so I
can see it the difference is is that the time stab and the block size and then the transaction has is also doesn't match unless I leave the trans actually out then when they're empty that it matches yeah but the empty transaction don't explain all the transaction difference all the all the other has differences either in the cases when you've seen that the time stamps are correct or there were none such cases I don't think I have such case where I would get everything matching mhm yeah all right thank you all right let's welcome Mercy hello
Mercy welcome to the group could you say a few words about yourself yeah probably just observing all right I guess we don't have anything else for now yep I'll bring you on telegram when I'll update the branch with the time stamp issue and are you aware of it what is causing it or still you have to debug it for still no I'll have to debug it and
maybe even look into how we compare to gu in that regards yeah okay talk to you later yeah thank you all see you bye
