[Music] Okay, I'm Silus from from Divvy. Uh Divvy is a protocol that facilitates uh growth of web3 ecosystems by making it super easy to define onchain KPIs and then align ecosystem participants around that by rewarding them for improving those KPIs. Um from an ecosystem perspective, I like to think of Divvy as this growth marketing engine. you can uh pump in some incentives and then you dial up your KPIs. Um, but this demo hopefully uh is going to be all about builders.

Builders are essential for growing onchain ecosystems. Uh, and Divvy makes it uh easy for builders to get paid for their contributions. So, we spent a lot of time trying to optimize the builder experience. Oh boy. Uh, with Divvy. Uh, and so I'm going to hopefully demo end to end uh how you can integrate Divvy into your application uh and then uh get some rewards for for doing so. So for the rest of the demo, I'm going to be in the Divvy builder app uh and hopefully over in cursor uh you can follow along if you want to. It's app.divvy.xyz.

So to start uh want to do like 30 second overview of of divvy um providers or or what I just referred to as ecosystems uh set up campaigns uh and a campaign defines three things a uh KPI that the campaign wants to move a structure for rewarding participants that help move that KPI and then a budget. uh builders can come to this app and uh see what campaigns are live, sign up for campaigns, maybe tweak their product a little bit so it's targeting those KPIs uh and then periodically uh come back to the app and and claim rewards.

So, uh to get started, if you're a builder, you might want to check out the campaigns page. We launched Divvy uh at ETH uh ETH Denver uh and um the first campaign launched on Divvy um about two months ago. I think there's been some some really cool campaigns. Uh proof of impact season zero uh is basically re-implementing uh retro grants in the Salo ecosystem uh but using Divvy. Uh, Lisk is is sort of a similar type of campaign. Uh, and then Blaze the base uh, just launched uh, the other day and we have an upcoming campaign that I'm super excited about around aiming to increase the circulation of of USDT.

So hopefully that's enough to like peique a builder's interest uh, and go on to the next step which is the onboarding guide. And for this oh boy I forgot. Hold on. Okay. Uh, and for this uh you need to register a wallet address with Divvy. Uh, the wallet address serves two purposes. Uh, one, as you'll see in a little bit, uh, we use it to, uh, tag or attribute transactions to a builder in order to calculate the rewards. Uh, and then also it is the address that uh, your rewards go to. So, we'll connect a wallet.

Let's hope the the Wi-Fi works. Okay. Uh register with this test address I have set up. You'll notice I'm signing a transaction or it's signing a message here, not a transaction. Uh we've tried really hard to make the builder experience uh easy and low commitment to to try out. Uh and so it's a it's a gasless experience to on board onto Divvy. Next step is to uh share some information uh about your DAP. Uh this isn't technically required, but it's helpful to tell us uh what your DAP is.

We can help with with co-arketing uh and give us some contact information so we can talk about upcoming c share upcoming campaigns. Uh for this example, I have this like goofy uh app we built specifically for this. It's inspired by the film festival that goes on annually in con. Uh you basically mint an NFT, you discover your movie star and it's like meant to represent your your movie star persona. Uh so I'm gonna skip the builder info onto the initial integration. Um the highle thing the integration needs to achieve is to uh start attributing impact to your application.

Uh in order to do this uh you append a little bit of metadata onto the call data uh of every transaction. We have uh an SDK to help with that and like some example code snippets here on how that works. Um I have one hand. I'm holding the phone with a microphone. So I'm going to roll the dice and try to use this model context protocol server that uh we publish to help builders uh integrate with Divvy using their their favorite AI tools. So I'll see if I can copy paste this pro suggested prompt here.

Oh boy. And then head over to cursor. Um I have cursor opened in the repo for um for that movie star app. Uh it's like a pretty basic DAP. Uh uses wag react uh VM. So hopefully cursor is going to uh cooperate. Hopefully the Wi-Fi works. I just copy pasted the prompt.

Uh doing some work looking for the SDK I mentioned. Um looks like it wants to install the SDK. Looks great. So installing the Divvy SDK for generating those referral tags. Looks like the Wi-Fi is going to work. That's awesome. and hopefully we'll get a suggested change to the application. Um, it should be pretty small. All we need is the referral tag. Uh, and then one other thing, uh, that I'll talk about in a minute.

Oh boy. Uh let's try one more thing. Uh how about we try a different model here. Oh, I'm unable to Oh, here we go. Let's try this guy. So, one more time. Uh hopefully the AI agent will will cooperate this time. [Music]

Getting close. Closer. and not gonna maybe looks like we got something. Uh, thank God. Okay. Um, so here's the code for appending uh onto the call data. Um all it includes is uh that wallet address

basically that I uh registered in the first step. Uh and then there's a second step here that I didn't mention which is submitting a referral. Uh we run a contract or we deploy a contract on optimism uh that's responsible for uh tracking uh all the uh transaction attribution. Uh and so we really want to avoid perturbing the user experience and requiring users to submit this transaction have gas fee currency on optimism. And we definitely don't want builders uh to have to run their own relayers. So right now the Divvy team uh is running a relayer uh to make this really easy for builders. Uh eventually we're going to uh remove this requirement, but that's a uh a topic for uh a different talk. So I will uh accept all these changes.

Looks great. Uh hopefully uh the dev server can run. Uh and while this is uh getting going, I'll do one more step for onboarding onto Divvy uh which is signing up for campaigns. The movie star app is deployed uh on base. Uh so I will sign up for this base campaign and then we have a um special campaign uh for uh ETHC.

If you append this query parameter anywhere where there's a campaign special equals ECC 2025, you should have access to it. Uh it's kind of a silly thing. Um if you integrate with Divvy and successfully submit a referral transaction, you can get 10 C. Uh it's sort of our way of doing a little bit of builder research uh while we're at ETHC. So I will sign up for this one as well. Okay. Um uh Okay. I have a backup plan for this.

Okay, looks like the the cursor agent let us astray. Uh, that's too bad. Um, but at this point, I should be able to uh reload. And um I just switched over to a branch that that has the divvy integration changes. So I can discover my movie star persona. Okay. Hopefully the page refreshes.

Uh and here we are. Clint East with a silent gunslinger of the Wild West whose quick draw skills and intense stare made him the ultimate western legend. Uh pretty happy with that NFT. Uh okay. Um and now hopefully uh in a few minutes there's some batching that goes on in the relayer. Uh I should be over be able to uh switch over to the rewards page uh see the 10y um from successfully submitting a transaction with the divvy tag uh and then claim the reward.

Okay. Uh that's it. Uh thanks everyone for your patience. Um for folks that are at ECC, uh encourage you to check out the Divvy Plus uh ECC campaign. Uh there's a bunch of folks from the Divvy team here. So if you're an ecosystem interested in deploying a campaign, we'd love to talk to you. If you're a builder, we'd love to talk to you. And you can also get in touch with us over Telegram. Thank you. Thank you very much. [Music]
