Vincent Weisser presents a d/acc vision for decentralized AI at Devcon 7. Vitalik Buterin coined d/acc, short for defensive/decentralization/differential acceleration, as a framework for pursuing technological progress in ways that preserve decentralization, safety, and resistance to centralized control rather than favoring speed alone. This talk applies that framework specifically to artificial intelligence.
