parts as well to ask questions. So, Ra, my co-host, we have questions. We have questions will as well help us then to get you as well translated into the uh digital space. Um, you mentioned before that it has been what six years when you were here. Yeah. So, so officially Boxport starts uh like operationally January 2020. So, we are five year plus on the market. was the ideas crafting shaping the like first line of codes prototype in 2019 and I was looking for a for mentoring kind of push also some first uh investments and uh I met CC and then they s show me the way with civil lab so
first uh first cash on the preede was uh from CBC and still on the cap table so one of my best and most supportive uh investors so I really appreciate David and team Matias all of everyone who is watching us I hope online so yeah that was year six years ago and a lot of things changed and happened also in web three world yeah and I'm sure that the entire um commercialization of sports I mean that's basically what you do isn't it I mean you have a platform um for uh fan engagement and monetization that's how you write it on your website and people say you know what is is are the key challenges
that you see today in sports and in the in the commercial commercialization of sports okay the first of all um sports is so huge I mean uh it's a big market of I would say like entertainment market in general because sports entertainment so they're very close and each club now uh they uh from the conference where I I was a speaker or attend ing uh visiting. So uh it's a really great um shifting happening like the position that club when they presenting um the organizations they say we need to change and become entertainment company not a club anymore because we need to entertain our community. We need to engage our sponsors partner ecosystem in
a gamified way always uh including this loyalty digital etc. But key point entertainment. Um yeah, box sports um box sports um I would say we are much more beyond the just the fun engagement because fun engagement also um believe or not became a commodity. So uh when people say fun engagements ah okay another fun engagement company or you know 100 in1 proposal on my table because fun engagements u it's a it's really bread and butter stuff for any sport organization square federation but what is important to u I would say fun experience so the digitalization of the fun experience and what is even more
important is the data what's the data behind of that so what fun engagement fun experience solutions platform forms innovations can bring to the sport organization to improve the current business models. All the KPIs and metrics of the sales engagements, how to help sponsors to maximize their sponsorship ROI, how to extend LTV because you already have loyal customer the fans. So their most loyal customer and you can reach them through through the club if you are the sponsor or through the league. uh how to reduce customer acquisition cost and here actually the data which you can collect through their different fun engagement tools uh it's a website which I don't believe anymore in websites or it's a mobile channel or the social media or
your other third party uh providers all the data all all the data points company like blog sport and our solution I will tell a bit later um kind of why we're different and what we are doing differently but uh we try to educate sport executives we try to uh explain that you guys sitting on the bunch of data points like almost big data but you the problem that you all have that data is very fragmented so fun experience everywhere so you still pulling data in social medias it's like a zoo of technologies where data is living on life in the ticketing system with in a merchandise platform in your website etc etc it's time to to pick up it through different solution single sign on uh it's improve also e-commerce and
commercialize to the data. You can leverage the data which you collect, analyze and do the segments and come back to the sponsors, make them more happy. Find the new sponsors who love to see more digitalized sports entertainment company more with the new business models and get fans especially young fans as close as never before. When you have fans very close, especially young fans who are lazy using the second screen, always always following 6.3 sports in general. That's all research of 2024. you need to establish this direct fund uh fund uh relationship then you can increase engagements and increase revenue because data revenue sponsorship deals engagements and then retargeting. Mhm.
So at Blog Sport we believe that um that's uh what is missing still on the market. It's a consistency convergency and and data kind of data consolidation for the first analysis and make a datadriven decision for it's web two or web three data. We can speak we will speak about web three blockchain wallets importance but key is it's a data points and uh different type of data source you can connect analyze so I would say that sports commercialization sports is a big uh dino so we need to or big elephant we need to cut it by by piece and then eat it and uh the colleagues from the sports other part of the moon uh so clubs u clubs I'm speaking to uh leagues
federation they they uh they see That's okay. So we are we really we need to change like you need to change your business model. You need to be ready for digitalization or or like to preserve. Yeah. And then to survive in this world like a future proof to be the future proof. And here your commercial model depends on their platforms digital tools providers partners data how successful you dig this data because data is the new currency. It's the new gold. So I would like to help with my team and all the sports stack who exist on the market to dig the data and help sports to be better get fans closer and make your ecosystem your partners happy. Mhm. I mean it's very it's a big topic so it's hard to Yeah. Yeah. cover the our short
timing but uh it is really crucial and and by the way and that's why I have this here. I mean that just recently came out is the new marketing review of of the University of Sangal and for everybody that who is in marketing and product management like I am this is like the holy bible but um this is this was about about sports marketing and they actually really confirm what you say so the academia is as well confirming what they say it's all about it's all about uh entertainment yes uh so so going away and it is as well about 247 online interaction D2C in the past you had your stadium and you you had your sessions on the stadium and so on but that has now really moved
into an 24-hour around the world experience that you have um that you can provide exactly not limiting not limiting your community who are they al the most of clubs they think that I have only 4,000 membership so my stadium is 10,000 actually my community is my city or not even city because I have handbook basketball club so I need to survive but this is a big mistake because there is a lot of online fans of course they are anonymous before you convert them to real fans using web two web three tools doesn't matter but they need to go out of the box just came back last year from uh from Slovenia met few clubs and basketball football they say we are competing the same city in Ljubljana with with a basketball handball and
football via basketball club our we need we have 5,000 fans guys no you have 550k of online fans on Instagram It's it's it's a good number. You have a city with 200,000 plus population or marbor for examp 100 100 plus we can help you to convert the city population into the fans of your club and through the families engaging this parents creating this bundles gamification loyalty forget about web three for a second then it will come through the education and you can get much more fans data engagements and then you need you need there is a great concept or theory called 10,00 true fans I I recommend you to Google uh after event. So you every club in the
world they can be rich having only 1,000 true fans. Why? because every fans real fan becomes influencer and creates community around him and then communities communities communities but for this you need to be ready as a club to engage his fans gives them power and he actually da use case could help in others but uh I'm sure that uh this also described in it's funny what you say it is just reminds me about a funny story that happened a couple of weeks ago and it was actually um that the uh that the football club of Balsus which is principality of likenstein tiny club and so on but it's called aso FCB so which is as well FCB like the
Barcel club and so on and they got an influencer who was really in I think it was in in uh Brazil and he was really like pushing them and saying hey you need to sign up for the for their website and for their uh uh Instagram profile and so on and suddenly they grew incredibly in uh Instagram uh followers. Yeah. As being a little uh you know third league club here in Switzerland and it just shows a great great example the power of influencers and then when then when the right people say hey this is a cool club or this is something cool to follow. Yeah. 1000 1,000 true fans.
Yeah. If you are small club you need to focus on the engagement city and uh academy school. So to convert uh this population and also your online army if you have army of small into the real uh very bified people. Yeah. Who are these people with the same Dennis who is buying scarf at least one per month or tickets on the same guy who following us have an app uh purchase at least one fan token from the club. So like helicopter views to 60° uh analytics around the fence and then when you have the data you uh the data points you can make money. Yeah. So on your platform, how could I envision a typical um setup of a of a sports club? What could I do on your platform? What would
be what would be uh the the engagement and the kind kinds of commercialization I can I could do? Yeah, first of all I would like to uh thanks for the question but um I would like to bit um kind of not rephrase but a little bit shifted topic not our what our platform can do what we believe in and what we are building and and for whom because it's not a sales speech today and I it's not a kind of play product placement but it's more about the problematics and uh and the use cases and um what technology how technology can help so we at blog sport so since the beginning of more than five years on the market we it uh we also learned our lessons and uh evolutionary
uh market was growing still growing involving changing we also try to adopt to the to the new challenges all this future proof approach so we realize that um the fun engagement itself and all this third parties apps uh web app mobile apps so it's only create a kind of complication for the sports clubs executive when they need to manage the zoo when different providers attacking them or let's develop app for you or we need a new website then you have another provider or like fun token operator came let's launch fun token or NFT games NFT collection so many and then question how to how to pack it and then where is my fan so how to make community happy and
not kind of distract the attention not to bump all together like let's launch fun token like so many cases good cases bad cases on the market uh from 2018 but then fans asking why why we need your fun token club etc. So in block sport what we are realized and what where we are heading to. So we believe in the infrastructure. So it's the one consolidated platform. It's a all in one solution as many as possible tools, features, functionalities and the use cases in one solution which u allows to connect uh um kind of elevate the fun experience uh for the sports organization. It's smoothly integrate sponsor not only with the visibility of logos but also with the sponsors um products or integration B2C bit and
technological one not only uh kind of exposure visibility for sponsor. So at this moment um the manifesto and the product we are pushing it's called the super app. So super approach when you have B2C and B2B story together. So we are you have one uh kind of semi interface like one mobile hub solution um with a you know definition of super apps especially telecom guys they actually say oh we have own super app we believe in super apps so that's why sport working with dos telecom group and other operators who really like and following this so super app is when you have payments uh gamification loyalty content creations all in one so it's it's in one solution mobile based we
don't doesn't believe we don't believe in the websites So latest researches show that traffic to website declining every year mobile traffic is growing like this. So mobile based fun experience the super app and what is important the giant of our Ferrari it's a CDP it's a consumer data platform. Mhm. So last year we we improved a lot our digital infrastructure ecosystem uh kind of shifting from this uh management panel CMS etc etc to the consumer data form where you can have data insights realtime analytics or AI powered uh uh metrics and then build online behavior analytics and you can then have a data segment the data and then come back with a great dashboards
and repos to disposal and even integrate in the smart way the sponsor to the platform. So super app and CDP this is our approach which works. So this year we signed already a few prominent clubs and also football leagues and uh basketball organization playing yellow leagues or successful successful sport brands. It see I see it it works and this is what executives looking for. So they as less solutions they have as as as more consolidated data uh data stories or database whatever data links they have is better because then they can also build a better picture for the for the management for the board to to present um and improve their current sales
because how to how to fulfill my stadium how to sell more tickets and but they are then integrating into that super app their other applications or the other uh we connect infrastructure we uh when we come to the to any club so we we say okay let's look where you are today so and let's look where where is the gap where where we want to bring you so and but but most important what is your challenge so what where where your uh where is your biggest pain today for example club say okay web three is is great but I have a I have another problem yeah let's do one day uh web three when we have time reach etc I want to sell more tickets I want to double merch I said I want to find new sponsor.
I want to offer something more digital for to my existing sponsors in the city. I want to connect my ex like dozen hundreds of local partners in the canton connect engaging them more because I already have this legacy. I have this power of the brands they're supporting the how to how to bring them together. And then uh after this uh technical workshops audit DD DD we see okay we need to connect current data sources which already generate some data like a website merge shop OTT uh uh social media to connect to to the CDP. So CDP becoming like a core the heart of the whole infrastructure for I mean for data
data data infrastructure and the app generate uh new type of data consumer data and uh it's an interface where we try to shift and educate the club educate um our partners to not from day one you cannot just stop Instagram Tik Tok etc but slightly shifting attention and create your exclusive social media like a place where everything should happen 24/7 on line with the wallet because whenever you're ready, we elevate you from the web two through the 2.5 to web 3. It's a bridging this uh web two and web three economy with uh web web3 made easy approach. That's uh also one of our kind of slogan that's web3 made easy. So I would like also to
touch this topic today. Uh yeah with with this approach we boarding on boarding the boarding sport organization we educate them prepare for for the next step so and the first year usually of partnership we focus on the uh users conversion so have more verified uh fans to understand the behavior so and educate them and prepare for for the commercialization so I don't believe in deals uh and like generate money from day one so it's [ __ ] when you have another third party who come and say okay let's uh I bring you millions And so like whatever in a few weeks based on what just assumption the formula. So so we believe in sustainable multi-year or multi-season approach uh minimum three
to five years. So you need to build uh something which works for the years like future proof solutions and and this is not about web three here web two it's about sustainability really and the trust because when I when I when I read about your solution I found it really interesting because a typical platform business is a business where you have like a centralized platform and that is controlled and everything is operated by the um by the operator actually or the platform provider. Mhm. But you say your vision is absolutely web free platform.
So a decentralized solution. So can you probably talk a little bit about that why you have decided that strategically web 3 is the right solution for you while a lot of other platforms are sticking to web two actually. Good uh yeah good question. So I I would say that today I uh maybe it will be small shock for for today conversation or like surprise but I'm not pushing to be the centralized platform or to bring to the centralized sports or disrupt how people say let's disrupt the market with the
web 3. I believe in a smooth uh web three experience like a grandma can do that experience. I I always say that when you can offer their communities, the consumers uh aka web two interface but behind you have um you have you have the blockchain, you have web three. So you on boarding them without any stress because traditional sport fans they traditional fans they are I don't even know what web two is. Oh uh yeah look uh so many so many good good project examples on the uh on the hype of ICO on the hype of fan tokens and NFTs they made a lot of money create a
lot of noise and then a lot of um disappointment and uh unhappy fans because in the end people sitting with Ronaldo or Messi NFTTS uh they paid uh like good Ferrari price like for a good Ferrari car And then now it's it cost nothing like millennia coin cost more. Mhm. Question is what's happened? Yeah. Uh and this um romantic times uh of NFT hype especially in sports it's gone.
Thanks God it's over. So adoption of uh NFT as a technology. So with um for example what I like what we tried with in basketball uh in Europe it's uh um play to earn with the play to earn approach NFT games. Mhm. Good example. I I can give example in basketball. We did it. It works well. We want to scale. It's uh we call this on your pitch game when you give fans ability to acquire the tokenized the pitch and then uh every every zone basketball uh pitch NFT random randomly you can you can acquire before uh before the game and then it's a datadriven game. So we analyze every every segments and then based on the
data how many kicks etc passes uh things sportraar actually another great company we're working with so then we a fan receives um the fan token or the club as a loyalty mhm it's a as a loyalty token as a rewards um also similano they um they had also this tokenized uh pitch uh they also tried with another company don't forget fans zone name also also nice. I mean NFT technology is still good for the ticketing for collective but uh that hype is is actually is is is over. Um I I know also a lot of uh scam projects one I don't want to say the
names but uh where uh like let's do another fan token let's list it let's generate x millions clubs happy where is their money so commercial department sponsors to put the kind of flag not sorry not flag the check mark okay my keep is done but what's happened after so uh tax office uh knock knocking the door um regulator has questions. Okay. Uh is it really utility? Maybe guys it's security because security tokens you cannot exactly so they actually shooting the legs because they they um they follow this bumping around approach and u when boxport look at the fan token and
in the time of 2018 19 great great time when uh social chilies they actually inventor of the fan token and want to uh promote this company everyone knows them but uh the approach was to give the digitalization of their of their on sports on the fan engagement with the fan token issuing and then fans can access kind of clubs and services all these rewards from from from the idols uh to the fans etc. But the problem is that um the traditional find the conversion of this they reached 1 million after only several years they reached the 1 million KPI in the B2C it's a one one solution not a B2B which is harder for me it was a sign that
something is wrong that fans traditional fans they actually stuck with this understanding why I need this one token why I just cannot subscribe for membership like get my traditional hospitality on the stadium why I need to buy it Okay, I need some crypto on or like so many complication. I need to generate a wallet. I need to store my private keys. Remember my seat phrase for following this. So what my my takeaways and what we are doing now differently if we are not pushing the centralized solution in uh in our platform like saying okay you need a metam mask or another wallet and then let's decentralized everything. So we we coming to the point where we need to save people nervous and create the a web 2 interfaces in our super apps where you
need only mobile number like to create a kind of soft KYC. This is what we are doing by the way since last year with dos telecom group. So um they have a product called wallet as a service. So together with firebox we made a partnerships. So we decided that all this complication we need to to sort out together with firebox. The five blocks complex five blocks they taking care to store my private key of the user say you don't need to you just need a like mobile number to generate in few clicks your wallet and you are super fan and then club league federation like port brand you can drop the loyalty and here actually the fan token is a web three membership so digital membership club this is what works which we we checked
already it works with football clubs we see basketball clubs we did some uh some other activations Not so many socials like six to six to eight but people understand this is club this is like gold uh bronze silver gold level if I acquire this digital points or tokens then I actually I'm in this club and I this is clear what I can get and elevate to the net but in this way you slowly educate your fan base you not bumping on the day one web three because they are they you explain educate enable it creating the digital membership digital club the loyalty try to uh try to kind of prepare the kind community and also management if you're head of innovation or head of
it's a kind of um digitalized loyalty points as well digitalized loyalty tokenized loyalty tokenized loyalty but we call it like digital membership can be a membership token so as as less cryptojargon you use is better if you we try to remove this NFT token uh crypto even from the interfaces of of the super apps and and the club say no no no guys our German basketball fans they will stuck immediately they will stuck remove it it's a super super fan just a wallet even when you say wallet he can he can associate with a with a with a with it blockchain with a with a token and then maybe buffing knocking the door knocking our door tomorrow because you do
something with wallet oh it's a it's something is wrong yeah do you have license for that I'm telling you real stories here from conservative for example market of Germans. Germany is they always watch around who do first and then we follow. Uh okay. So is actually for you the the backbone as you say backbone system. So so I would ask to um open the floor for questions uh to Oh yeah. So all timing is so uh so quick. So actually Yeah. Can Yeah. So first of all thank you um super interesting Vladimir um I would have a question um which because of course my co-chair Dennis and I we uh
often encounter in enterprise blockchain a kind of hesitancy of board member seuite level uh to be open to let's say emerging technologies new business models because of new technologies and I'm sure because you have so so many experiences what would you say is the the biggest hurdle to convince um let's say club management boards or something on this level because it's actually positive for them but sometimes we we we know that from finance we know that from supply chain management from a lot of other areas they have a hesitencies towards that maybe rightfully so what would be your answer here very good questions how to convince and do we need to convince and how we how how we should do
that um if we have a d good conversations here with some uh the guys uh Ibraim and Simon from the clubs side so would be happy to hear their opinion also but my takeaways and learnings that uh sport executives sport executives looking for real use cases that's like things on the ground how how you connect okay if you do this digital digital how we connect to physical to to to achieve physical okay when we have digital. Yeah, that's really a good definition of bridging the physical and digital stuff. The question of uh p practical use case uh uh which
um understandable for B2B and B2C side because if you're launching something uh like innovative in in the web three blockchain side then you you need to present it properly. If you are head of innovation or head of commercial depend on the size of the club you for example going to be the stakeholder like our champion uh boxport who work on the club side you need to present it properly and uh it should fit in the in the digital strategy and you need to then explain to your uh board to the to the management uh also to your sponsor if you want to engage them for example cross cross loyalty cross uh do some campaigns together based on this innovation and your fans in the end of the day how to
explain fans why we doing that. So every time, every second time. So when we try to uh elevate clubs who already working with us in a good web two a launch app they have a CDP insights integrated sponsors like web two foundation is in place and we say okay maybe let's try to go on the web three and then the question is okay uh do you have a good case studies uh recently? How much money you generated with uh this club? Are they success? Can I call the executive uh uh what's was fans feedback? How many uh wallets activated? They need KPI.
They need the KPI. They need KPI metrics and of course successful case studies. I think the problematic still on the market not not enough successful uh legal future proof and legally protected very well protected especially in the countries where legislation is still quite conservative. I mean legal framework to the all this uh tokenization sports then everyone looking for what my neighbor is doing what this country is doing how uh how good they executed this with this partner and uh so we are here to create successful case studies uh makes uh successful execution fans happier and of course executives who wants to present
only successful case study connecting real use cases something from the sports operation to the the matching with the innovation. So that's it's not a problem, it's it's a process. So it's a destiny and um so we are following that. What would be a typical um first level use case you would convince a sports club? I mean as you said it is like an evolving journey. So you go from one level then to the next level. But what what is the thing that convinces them to do such a fan engagement and uh client data uh solution platform super app at the beginning what is the first
use case you're selling to them or you you with the web three or in general in general now for you I mean you say this journey I mean you you go they come and say they want to have really hands-on ground solutions and what is the first thing you say that is really appealing to them. They appealing to them that they uh I would I I would I would show them uh I would show them the the problematic that uh they are not owner of currently not owner of data measure of data they're not owning they maybe co-owning with ticketing companies with mask marker bear and Elon Musk placed in in this uh uh publish this platforms and they're not owner of data they don't know that exactly who is the fan so they
uh they cannot uh make a datadriven decision. So and uh to convince them I say this is your insta, this is your city population. So this is your stadium the membership now and now let's elevate it with the with the conversion of u conversion this um of the data points into the real profile when you know your your fan you can approach him with you have a segments you can approach him efficiently because the fans um I can share with the audience later or through you we can have have a great repos which called virtual virtual um virtual sport fans 2024 you know that the voids other guys they create great ripples but this is special about the who is the fan by by by age what's actually fans of 16 or 25
years what he's looking for now what uh 35 45 fan looking for and when you know your audience you know your consumer and where he live as many data point demography activity age then you can create a personalized um kind of experience for him fan experience together with your sponsor so my my uh kind of uh selling points or convincing point it's know your fan KF so let's let's enable KOF strategy uh convert as much as possible your anonymous BS online fans activate your global community and then together leverage data me the partner you together leverage in the new sponsorship deals optimize current sponsorship every for your partners and
and create new revenue streams from that because web three will come but also required maturity and required time for um for go for me to understand better uh the club organization. So what to build the strategy then maybe in one year two year I'm not rushing so I'm not in position to to launch as soon as possible and then uh screw up and uh because reputation of the market is most most critical you you basically start with bringing the existing let's say workflows like oh workflow connecting digital connected models existing business models ticketing merchandise collect data uh to one hospitality all these things together uh B2B B2B clubs good example So uh recently co-op asked
can we do in the in the super app this a small B2B club where like a small link in where you can uh uh I can see as a sponsor my uh my advantage what what is my in my package is a silver silver sponsor hospitality stuff I can see others I can connect him get the contactless small networking but inside of one solution not having three apps some clubs having three four apps do you do you imagine pineapp uh B2B club app broadcast app and the loyalty app four apps and at one club I want to like four I'm professional I'm not saying the name but it's a tier one club from it from Italy mhm club so they have a four apps and I know many similar example mobile
app for activate um Barcelona recently launched another app for Barca mobile it's a great use case because you can activate uh your fan base so actually they can activate the eim like roaming to with the virtual MVNO use case. So, but why another app and I give you another example. So, speaking with dodge telecom and and T-Mo. So we are thinking how to connect MVNO into existing club apps or sport or super app where existing fund base the same app can activate a SIM or buy more data bundles but again so uh connecting all the apps in one infrastructure and create one uh
one hub mobile solution for to consolidated experience. So that's uh like a fundamental and then elevate whenever they're ready. Whenever they're ready. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. Um following to that and then of course open the floor because it's just so fitting. Um as I'm coming from a global transformation uh background myself um what you just mentioned even if you think that further what would also be a super interesting thing as Vladimir just described if you for example with a with a four app um organization that also would mean we need to rethink how organizations do their governance. Of course, if you have a fragmented system with four or five apps or something else, you also internally as an organic grammar need to think how do we govern these things? How do we deal with this
data if it's only a one or in a in a preferably way super app one data spot, right? That's also quite interesting and I would wonder if these discussions even come up because for me in the future that's exactly one of the great things about blockchain and ledger technology to have it in one spot, right? One-stop shop. Yeah, the wallet for example, the wallet uh digital wallet is a is a it's one of the strongest use case uh uh where you can uh not can solve all this. It's not a magic field. Absolutely. It's rather to engage your young audience. So this uh Gen Z Al generator fans who are by statistics more than 70% of um young fans. Mhm. um
they are aware of web three. They can like uh very traditional fans uh and then very keen to try if someone uh kind of if they grab the value grasp the value guide them so and uh they are very digitalized they are user of uh all this Tik Tok discords uh um digital item they want to they're buying trading they're traders and uh and they're very very kind of egistic owners they want to own something and know uh and be unique Yeah, be unique. So, and um I think the wallet with all this uh transparency and u the ability to kind of to trace and security stuff. So, uh it's a great
great uh use case which uh we especially in esports and gaming. So, the the digital wallets and uh in blockchain adoption by the way in esports and it's much higher uh web than traditional sports. It's uh it's obvious but with the digital wallet so you can and uh with the tokenized loyalty which you can uh drop drop you know through the wallet so kind of introduce something something fresh for your young fans you create a new economy like circulation of uh not like a club money I don't like this club money club coins so remember we agreed to remove crypto jargon but rather to create a new type of experience for kind of create your tokconomics uh recognize
loyalty and then uh step by step to adopt and uh educating your fans also young fans also needs education because they they want to try but someone need to guide them anyway. Mhm. So I wouldn't say that uh case by case sports by sports also and country by country. So uh at some cases wallets and uh this solution could even fail uh and uh can be resistance from the fan base. I know also some real cases when co-op in the primal league for example in in the UK uh in uh they actually they launched the token with some provider and then uh in one uh months fans start hating them so we don't need this token so why for
Arsenal so lio I don't remember it was the case and a lot of noise in the media uh yeah because club just grabbed money it was a quick cash at the time now it's Christmas is over and no one give us the free free cash anymore. But I mean I can imagine one one of key challenges that you're facing as well is sports. I mean apart from esports sports is still something that has some physical events. I mean the sports of course and then of course they are at venues at locations in a physical world and and so on and then bridging between this digital world and the physical world. Digital world digital world. Huh? Digital, digital,
physical world. We have digital world. Digital world. Digital. Yeah. I mean, I could imagine that's probably quite a challenge to plug in these solutions then into legacy systems that are in arenas that are in stadiums and and so on. Well, how do you face that that kind of challenge? Um we we are yes we that's there is a challenge uh of uh a lot of real estate I would say stuff like legacy infrastructure which clubs have uh or the city uh but I would say that's uh so it's uh better we need to talk about bringing the stadiums to the smart
stadium level. Yeah. What can how we can help with municipalities or with the club or with um with the venues to have a smart venues because this uh uh with the web two web three or with uh this technology and uh how to get back spectators on the stadiums how to again it's about ticket sales engagement of people get them back from TV to to the arenas so for that um I have good examples with the clubs for we are working with So um um they are um together with us and this local partner introducing different um different stadium experience, new experience like uh uh casual solutions for example
casual solutions or uh fast fast lane um something which make uh very comfortable experience during the match day uh for for the fans uh for the families on top of the hospitality that uh for me as a fan actually I would like to come back to the arena Okay, because I have everything here in my smartphone. I don't need cash uh my pocket uh sorry my my wallet my my cash nothing my credit card just uh just top up my balance with a virtual wallet in the app I can and of course tickets here digital one I can go to the gates I can uh pay in the post in the point of sales I can also order uh while before the break not waiting in the queue we also now working one
solution with or thinking on the one solution with um the void about the virtual queuing so virtual Q or the smart cure solutions. How especially for the arenas who are always the they have another problem. They are always full and for the top matches uh they can have a crowd and then how to efficiently to manage uh to manage crowds uh with the virtual queue like connecting to the gate software to the ticketing and this um with the computer vision from the cameras to see where the crowd and the road people. But coming back to the to the legacy infrastructure in stadium. So we are not here to uh to over kind of uh make things over complicated. So it's to
elevate uh to make the stadium smart and then to help fans to have a better experience for to get for the clubs to get more spectators. And uh I think it's uh it's a way to go because I if you come in with too much technology and try to complicate it okay phys digital okay what should I do just uh like solve your pain what's the current pain some some stadium just need good construction the new technologies but some of them just need be kind of upgraded to be closer to the smart uh smart venue and okay good some more questions from the audience Yeah, maybe maybe Simon, are you bugging
me? Yeah, can can I bring bring a little mic that everybody online people can hear you too? Yeah, good. Thank you. Um, just a question. So, what would you say if I say there is no one-stop shop? There is no You're talking about the super app like a one all in one solution. Yeah. Would you say there is no? I mean I I would just challenge it. I would love it but I would challenge it. Um and what what what is it then in your thinking the super app that makes it the one-stop shop? Okay. uh when I said the super app so uh I it's it's a
solution which or the application which cover their top uh top experiences for for your B2C part but it's the B2B as a club you have uh B2C is clear fans the fans consumers and you have your sponsors partners so um uh when you match the B2C and B2B in one solution then actually your sponsors and uh partners can interact digitally For example, integrate their own offers e-commerce and offers through the super app to the fans that fans can activate the products not only logos exposure some promoting the banners but activate the products of your of your uh spart like a B2B B2B T2C matchmaking. Yeah.
the product offering. Then when I have a wallet, we have a wallet digital wallet for the payments just a web to wallet even uh not a web three uh loyalty program connected to the payment cards linking payment card payment card to the app with a loyalty program like a super fan card. Then you have a gamification of course gamified money can by experience rewarding system. Then you have a content creation by fans. So fans can be also creators and your uh sponsors can access this content also analyze it. If you have a betting disposal they want to see prediction because they're buying this social betting data. So, payments, loyalty, gamification, B2C integration, B2B integrations and then uh behind the
super app without data analytics without CDP. CDP it's a it's sometimes it's a separate product on the market you know this data platform like data talks guys or arenatrix for example it's a good platform but we try not like copy copy this guy because we believe that uh the mobile first experience for also B2B B2C like a business club mobile based business club is much better than you managing from the desktop mobile experience with the consumer data platform I think the top five use cases I mentioned starting from the wallet uh and finishing with B2B T2C solution This is my super app definition. If you call telecom company tomorrow like uh your friends from Swisscom or Sunrise ask
what is super app more or less you will hear the same. They put on loyalty payments and content creations gamification within the one uh one kind of on the on the one layer and call it super app. I'm not inventor of super app. I just believe that in sport app it's a way to go on u in entertainment in general. I think the data comes from different sources but it is then well you know concentrate B2B data B2C data for EVUK and also have you have a good app with uh you you told me that activate with some of your partner sponsor and then uh I'm sure you have a B2B story uh maybe some additional solutions which manage hospitality etc.
So uh and I hope that this data is talking to each other. The example clubs having the Salesforce or some other CRM. I'm talking to executives to say look I have a problem I integrated my sales force um uh data about the ticket sales and the memberships there but but I don't have a B2C data or like B2B data or data is not matched. Yeah, they don't have a single stand on solution. So we we have developed own SSO which now come for free inside of super app. And by the way, SSO it's also the way to go because you can really really have this club ID and around the one persona. Yeah. And then know your fan coming back to this KF stuff. I hope I answer your question. Yeah. If not, we can we can
continue. We I want to argue later. Exactly. That's a very good bridge to the U drinks. I'm not trying to to convince but just to share. Thank you very much for the time that we need one hour more maybe later. probably one hour more but we continue that and right here after I would as well thank you very much and say thank you as well to all our um audience that was online uh joining us uh today and um yeah looking forward to hear more afterwards. Thank you as well RA for again organizing this uh social club with us. I think the next one is in uh summer late summer uh that we June
exactly. Oh, I will be here to conf um then in after this summer break then as well which is already happening soon and um yeah so thank you very much for tonight and um yeah coming I'm hope I can welcome you at one of our next social clubs then in the future. Thank you. Thank you everyone.
