Chris Battenfield and Oisin Kyne lead a hands-on workshop at ETHBerlin 2022 on setting up a distributed validator with fellow hackers. Distributed validator technology splits a single Ethereum validator's signing key across multiple independent nodes and operators, reducing the risk of slashing and single points of failure for stakers. The session walks participants through the real-time setup and ceremony needed to run one.
