Arbitrum STIP Marathon Virtual Event [Part 2]
18 Dec 2023 · 1:32:04
Part two of The Rollup's Arbitrum STIP Marathon virtual event brings together DeFi teams building on Arbitrum, including Buffer Finance, Dopex, Radiant Capital, and Notional Finance, among others. Each project discusses its strategy for Arbitrum's Short-Term Incentive Program, the initiative designed to drive liquidity, trading activity, and development across the network. The conversation covers how these protocols plan to deploy STIP incentives and what opportunities the program opens up for liquidity providers and traders within Arbitrum's DeFi ecosystem.

welcome back to the rollup High Roller Community as always nothing on the rollup is to be ConEd as Financial advice we are just an Educators in the defi space toss us a quick like give us a share a repost send it to a friend who may want to watch this and finally give us a sub or a follow it means the world to help support credibly neutral educational content in def5 we're here to educate Empower and enrich you and let's jump in as we move on to the next panel we've got buffer Castle capit in defi Edge I believe Ox VD is here from defi Edge so start with him and HL or uh adamus if you guys are out there I see you guys in the accounts feel free to
request um and yeah Ox uh GM defi Edge is getting ready to participate in the steps with some concentrated liquidity or or um you that's kind of like the mechanism you focused on so let's hear about your contributions the collaboration plans and what you guys are up to thanan thanks for having us here and uh good that uh you know like it's really happy to see this growth in arit ecosystem you know finally happening right and it's good to be a part of this ecosystem finally right so of course um you know it's good that now the back fund and everything has been successful and first of all I would like to like Express gratitude to all of the partners
right who actually worked so hard into getting into the Nas and greatest of it get to the point you know get to the core how this actually pans out and you know now we are here with the back funding and everything so you know this kudos to the team kudos to the arbitrum governance you know all the community members you know all the delegates who actually voted this out so now coming to the part of you know the stip so we have actually received around 200,000 tokens um from our of course you know we'll receive and uh to the people who don't know um is a asset management protocol that is built on top of concentrated liquidity dexes and um you know like
concentrate liquidity dexes is a norm now every chain has a conc DEX right that actually enables much more volume much more trades and even more profits for the LPS right but the only blocker or the issue that the people are facing is of course you know better management and how to actually um you know LP and get that profitability out right because the I actually kills your profitability right so that is what we are actually enabling right ours is a completely permission this decentralized protocol uh where you can create strategies for yourself or you can add funds to strategies other people have created and uh the suit or the bouquet of Texas that
we actually have been partnering with is it's actually you know is the vast in the ecosystem we have been integrated with camlot we integated with ram say right we even are live on pancakes SW week3 now they recently rent live on arbitrum and we are the first position MERS to go live there and also you know few other dexes that are coming on arum very soon you know be it a solid leadex or a normal B3 de we are there to support them right and um also we are enabling much more automated strategies to enable the retail to step into this Con liquidity Realm um much more efficiently and easily and our automated
strategies have been performing quite well recently and we are able to you know withstand this um volatility spre or you know actually able to cruise through this so this is something you know I'm remarkable we have actually achieved you know and that is what we think but now it's up to the community you know that they give us all feedback and um coming to the part you know how we are actually going to be Distributing these our incentives is usually the part of actually sprouting the seat to um you know get more projects get more people um into managing or getting us to manage the token efficiently and that is why we have kept more than 50 to
60% of the tokens that we received for new tokens or new projects who want to come um you know on D Edge and actually put their P or create Community strategies for their tokens right that have been recently launching or they plan to you know launch a token very soon so that is our plan because we think if a ecosystem has better management of your tokens right and you as a project are rest assured that okay you know if I have the token and that is being managed uh in an efficient manner and you don't have to worry about that then you of course focus on the growth and other aspects of the you know product so that is what we plan and that is what we are doing so 50 to 60% of our
token rewards will be uh will be used for Distributing to these new launch tokens or the tokens that we'll be partnering with and we have great amount of Partners who are actually going know partnering with it includes goo many other partners I don't know if you it's in the public or not but we have people who are creating strategies on top of our protocol and they'll be you know putting um and pushing it in their their communities we have a vast list of protocols that have been using our uh services or our strategies to get their token managed to have the strategies set up includes overnight Finance um you know we have strategies for dopex um Premia you know all of these guys so that is what we are
enabling also we have a share of the rewards that will be distributed to new strategy managers who actually come here and create um you know efficient strategies for the ecosystem for the growth of the ecosystem so that the people are much more aware and U you know they know what they actually trying to do with the constant liquidity space so happy to answer any questions but this is you know all about us and what we are going to do with the STS amazing yes thank you for sharing uh We've also got HL and Heloise from buffer Finance on the stage now um Heloise we haven't had the chance to meet but we are longtime supporters of HL and buffer uh
excited to hear how you are Distributing the arbitrum steps gmgm guys um it's really nice to meet you um um a buffer um I'll just start with what's buffer um uh and I talk uh a bit about SBS um buffer at buffer V we do Exotic short-term exotic options um we also recently launched burbs and um as for uh in incentives uh stb incentives we are uh benefiting from our partners um we were not a part of St round one but we do look towards uh
round two uh as for uh currently uh uh thanks to peral which uh with with whom we integrated perss um our Traders uh trading per and buffer receive um um ARB tokens uh on every trade they yeah my mistake on uh the inclusion of the steps protocol but HL maybe you could tell us a little bit more about the partnership that you have uh with perennial and any of the other projects we've heard from uh yeah sure uh first of all thanks for hosting space guys amazing uh job as always organizing all this H great to see all the all the builders come together here um so yeah perennial um offers the uh counterparty liquidity for
our per and and um as the guys explained before uh to 200% fee rebate on on the trade so all the perpetrators who use the buffer platform are eligible for for The Perennial incentives uh as well you can claim them directly through the buffer portal um so yeah very very attractive rate there because you basically pay zero fees on burs another very important partner is Camelot of course um they're having this uh huge huge incentive campaigns for for LPS and the the Nitro pools um buffer is a long-term partner is a round table V and so our uh our Nitro Pool which is
managed by Kama um it's also incentiv is currently paying out 80% APR so we're more of a yeah passive the beneficiary of the of the sdp program we're very excited about um future rounds and uh because um like seeing all the different approaches to to uh incentivizing different kinds of behaviors um we can really like pick the best ones the most effective ones and and put them into action um on Buffer uh there's plenty of different uses um we have for for incentives for example we have um the tournaments um no loss tournaments
product coming out really soon so we could use them for um sponsoring tournaments offering we have a jackpot system also uh that's in final testing so um basically randomized jackpots that any Trader uh can win I'm using using our different range of products uh yeah I'm very excited to hear uh it's been was the first pel where Seno was on very excited to hear Seno um being excited about uh like streaming live streaming uh trading competitions and stuff like that we definitely have to
reach out there um in terms of uh hosting or broadcasting tournaments so yeah extremely excited about uh the the coming campaigns on on arbitrum because um I think everyone here agrees that this isn't oneoff type type thing since it's so effective definitely yeah glad glad to see the uh yields there on that on that Camelot pool and for of the uh some of the creative thinking with regards to uh some of the gamification aspects very interesting uh coming next we have uh uh Adams from Castle cap I remember we uh
we got to meet up there in Istanbul shout out a little about the arbitrum citizens uh round that just that just passed through which we both uh kind of passed through and and um were able to be a recipient of a different type of Grant from arbitrum and I'm really curious to hear about the research that you guys have been doing over the last couple of I mean really like last six weeks as far as arbitrum goes kind of what you guys have seen on chain uh in in in addition to some of the reports that have been put out by other parties and that also just you know would love to kind of give you a chance to explain your role as a delegate amongst other defi ecosystems and kind of why you know you feel that you guys are are up for
the job and then anything else in the uh in the arbitrum S kind of space that you're that you'd like to share so floor is yours brother awesome yeah know thank you so much Andy I really appreciate you uh giving us the the slot to come up here um so yeah don't worry everyone I'm not going to show you any AR incentives probably one of the few few to not but um yeah it's super exciting to see incentives incentives flowing into the ecosystem um and doing their job um so yeah thank you thank you very much for having us um yeah essentially we are um we're kind of a research Collective um very much on chain native um group of analysts researchers Traders investors um and a lot of us the core group kind
of came up uh from day one with arbitrum a lot of us migrated over with GMX and have kind of been addicted to arbitrum ever since um we you know we've been publishing a Weekly Newsletter and deep dive reports every every so often um and also you know helping teams in the space doing some advisory work and also you know investing in fundraising but um you know we saw stip as a huge opportunity for us to to really get stuck in to the Dow itself uh and to the governance of the Dow and to ensure that um you know AR holders and delegates were represented properly across the entire Spectrum um and obviously you know you can see from the delegates list
that um well respected people big influencers big protocols um are all represented and what we we saw a kind of Gap that smaller more onchain native you know Market participants who are using def5 protocols every day um you know and trying out every single new protocol and doing research were necessarily as represented as they should have been um and by you know we don't have a large delegation by any means but we try to we try to work with the social capital that we do have excuse me um you know and you know be a kind of for voice for reason on the um on the forums doing our research um and kind of aiding delegates and Market participants
and Har holders um you know to then go and and Lobby their inats um and make up their own minds so yeah the S was a really good experience for us we um we decided to to slug out for for what felt like uh you know a very long time but um those two weeks to do quite extensive deep Dives on um about 60 protocols we did out of the 100 and giving them kind of like a decent you know mully paragraph response on how they can improve their proposal um we were super excited to see about 35 projects engage with us on the Forum with 21 updating their proposals with some of our recommendations um along with 14
lowering their requests and we managed to lower um about 12 12 and a half million AR from from you know the comments we left which you know managed to get a lot more people in obviously now we have the backb so um that's not as impactful anymore but at the time we thought it was really important to you know be able to share the pie between different people um and we're just super excited to to be involved um in in the Dow itself um I know Andy just mentioned we had Istanbul and we had it was a really good good um good time there to be at L2 day and get sort to l2b and a lot of the other delegates uh disruption Joe and Griff and get really stuck into like what the Dow should be in its like
raw form uh and then we had the AR from Dow day as well uh again um which was really helpful and looking breaking away in some some workshops and talking about what the future of the Dow should be and you know we're just trying to find our place within the Dow you know as a research organization that can try and educate and contribute and Ensure the down moves forward in the right directions uh and allocates this our Capital you know in order to see the ecosystem grow um so yeah I really appreciate you you having um me up here um you know we're going to get back stuck into the forums very soon we've got the um arbitr research and development Collective one live at the
moment as well as some vendor onboarding things so expect some responses from us there uh to get stuck in uh and then on the research report side um it's great to see you know so many so much AR being distributed kind of evenly across the space for for all Builders um which we didn't see with the ARB airdrop for Dows previously you know when the when the Dow first formed many Dows and protocols got air drops whereas you know if you weren't a dow and you didn't have a token you you didn't receive that air drop so there's probably lots of protocols you've had on here today um who are that camp um so yeah just a bit Alpha we're going to be dropping a spotl
piece on all those guys um hopefully tomorrow um so yeah you know we really respect people that are trying to build and you know achieve their product Market fit and their user base and pivot and you know you really find what their core product is before they you know launch a token and start emitting tokens and and going for incentives so um really looking forward to shining a spotlight on on those guys um but yeah that's it from me Havey to answer any questions but yeah thank you so much for having me cheers man thanks for so much for coming on uh glad you and Andy were able to meet up in istan buul and uh we got you on today and very very much looking forward to
collaborating on some research and educational pieces in the near future sounds good my dude yeah looks good cheers cheers buddy um I think we'll keep it moving here we've got uh Alex on the panel from savvy I think we heard from Roman a little bit earlier about uh kind of how the back funding came to be um and he was certainly uh hyping you up Alex so um he said that you were part of some very key conversations to make that happen maybe you could kind of pick up where he left off and tell us a little bit more about the process that you went through to to make sure that some more projects got these stip incentives oh man maybe uh maybe we can't really hear you I think X is bugging out a little bit if you uh can
you hear me now yes we can go ahead sorry sorry about that boom I was saying uh thank thank you to Roma for being my H man and I wanted to give a big shout out to uh gastle Capital because they did a terrific job during the uh during the SCP and like providing a bunch of feedback to different protocols and uh and kind of explaining exactly why they voted um and and and actually people like Castle Capital are one of the we're I'm I'm working with math from stable Labs right now um on the long-term incenter program and a pilot program for the longterm incentive program specifically targeting uh all those protocols that have not been funded or did not receive any of the uh incentive programs from the back funer for the scip route one and Castle capital is is one of the protocols that
we think a lot or one of the kind of groups that we think a lot about in how we can better set up um the incentive program to allow for People application advisors like Castle Capital be able to give feedback give feedback upfront and actually pay people that castle Capital be able to give uh feedback up front and and create better bu incentive applications and create better uh individual incentive experiments so um that's something that that that like we're working on uh we have a launter incentive program group so if anybody here has not yet received funding on the on the launter incentive please reach out I'm happy to add to that group and kind of show you kind of what what what we're doing towards that so um that's a little bit about what's happening in the future um but uh in terms of the back
fund uh as as Roman kind of said Savvy was uh Savvy was one of the protocols trying to try try to get trying to get some scip funds initially early on uh when when scip came out but like we knew nothing about it out right we were we were literally making our forum names and like uh handles and profiles when stf was just getting started right so we went from doing that to honestly all of us spending like two weeks of sleepless nights trying to go and get um the votes right people talk a lot about how difficult it was for delegates and for people like cast Capital to to to get feedback on all these protocols it was also very on the protocol side to go and uh try to meet all these delegates pitch them and tell them why they should vote
for us and and why not vote for someone else we were literally there on the last day waiting for like l2b and treasure da to hopefully vote for us so that so so like we could get funded and in the last hours they voted to abstain so um we with IDM and myself U we kind of realized that there was something going on here and like we wanted to better understand how this kind of came to be NM did a bunch of um voting behavior and and and and and we we can send you guys the link later but he did a bunch of voting research Behavior to kind of figure out what happened to the DA and what we kind of followed was that it was a little it was like almost inherently biased in the way that the Dow voted and that's to no fault of anyone's just kind
of the way that things were you have protocols like ourselves who were not as involved in the Dow and were able to get kind of a fair shape in terms of what got seen so so we ended up um we started looking at potentially doing a round two right like starting all over doing round two we found that that would have been way too chaotic and and and and transparently would have been too much to have the Dow try to develop a whole new round two because everyone was thinking about how to make Improvement so instead we said let's just do a back fund let's get this through and then let's figure out how to do a better program that could uh benefit all of the particles that have not yet been funded and so we made that promise and we're still going through with that um now
that the backbone has has gone through um and gone through with the most support and in any like most total votes um of any protocol and I'll I'll tell you this that our the latest conversation we had about the law tur Center Program it's a different vibe like people are like there's more people involved there's more people thinking about how do we go through and do this together and there's more people thinking deeply about like okay what is a good incentive program for Au will B like so I'm excited about that I love it and I really do want to hear more about the long-term incentive proposal I think that that's super cool and uh definitely on the same track as this uh this stip program but we are running behind so maybe we can we can sync up on that a little bit later after uh after this
space I want to kick it over uh now to Lou uh who's coming at us from The Magpie ecosystem um and and there's a lot of Cool Tools underneath the hood of Magpie um so I'm curious specifically about the ones that are live on arbitrum um and how we're uh how we're increasing the capital efficiency of some of those staking uh protocols yeah yeah thank thank you guys having me having me here so I'm new from mepy team and for the users who don't know about the mepy Mec by is a subd that is like uh as a correlation of the protocols that are uh working as a yield boosting platform uh on top of the solid
and Innovative protocols on arbitrum So currently we have uh Pai on pandel and we are going to launch campai on Camelot and we have mepy on wbat Exchange and we have red p on uh radiant and uh if you guys are aware of it so we complete slide and uh the tge is coming next week so yeah uh as a yield boosting platform and as a huge ecosystem uh we re we will receive 1.25 million our rewards and we will actually use uh the most of the part 80% of these Grant to uh get more voting power and for long-term vision of these uh protocols
that I listed now so basically we will uh use these funds for uh in four badges and uh after that we will uh just launch uh the rush campaigns for example like Pendle Rush campaign and DLP Rush campaign gra Rush campaign and one up campaign and in this way we will Bo the tokens of uh these unique platforms and then uh we will drop their circulating Supply and we actually will have more voting power and we will solidify our position as a top yield boosting platform on those protocols and in this way actually like we are uh aiming to
attract more liquidity to on our platform and also the main protocols that we are building on it so this is the main focus on uh this uh the usage of the uh step Grant and also we will use uh 20 20% of this uh Grant to the liquidity providers on our protocols in this way we will not only just uh use this grant to the uh obtain more voting power we will also uh incentivize the users to provide liquidity on mepy so yeah this is actually like a brief summary that's how we will use it and also uh like uh
besides that actually like every protocol we allocated this incentive to in different uh weights so for Magpie we will use 100K and for Pai we will use 500k and for red P we will use 350k and for Kai we will use uh 300K once we launch so yeah this is the main uh points that we will use this SC and if you have any questions you can ask them thank you man for uh coming out and uh being a part of the uh of the uh of this Marathon space I believe up next we have um our friends RAB hole with Julian I know the rabito is getting their uh
getting their uh Toes or their whatever rabbits have their whiskers into turn different projects in op the quests so we love to hear about you kind of uh your plans with omum maybe like your like your your pitch to to seems here as to like why using R Hulk is you know could help them with their users and yeah welcome well first off thank you uh thanks for having us really excited to to be here um can youall hear me I get a quick thumbs up okay great um so just wanted to so I'm Julian I had ecosystem and growth uh at rabit hole in the quest protocol um and we're really excited about this Grant and everything
we're going to be able to do with users and and growth just on General in arbitr um so to kick things off um just wanted to give a quick overview of the quest protocol um because it is something that is slightly different than others in the the market uh what you would expect from a protocol it's fully on chain uh and we think it's the most efficient way out there for anyone to Target acquire engage onchain users with token rewards so very simply put you create a very clear goal for for users and then they go on Shain and create um and do the action itself so foundationally because everything is on Shain it has um some interesting values there first off it's
permissionless anybody can go and create a quest uh there's no gatekeeping from that front you can easily start um uh a quest with no setup fee where there's no cost in starting there's no minimum you can start as little with $1 and just start getting users to engage with your protocol and then you also only pay for results again because it's onchain the the rewards are held in an escro contract and it's only distributed upon completion of the quest and so all that put together also offers because it's on Shain um it's very transparent you can see all the quests that are deployed who redeemed who's been using it Etc and on top of that you also get access to Advanced targeting so that's functionality we built you can
essentially as a protocol decide that you only want to reward a subset of users or a subset of addresses and by doing that you can Target your existing users or others and that lets you really create really interesting and strong campaigns um as part of the protocol we have uh what we call Quest terminal which is essentially the interface that you're going to use to create quests and it's actually very easy to use you can get started in a in a couple minutes the first step is you actually create um you select the action you want to incentivize so the protocol and then specifically what onchain action you want to grow it could be bridging swapping voting minting delegating whatever it is whatever you can do on on on Shane you can incentivize there then
you select the target so who who you want uh to reward for doing that action and then finally you set up the reward itself and once you're done doing all that basically you can accomplish all your goals as a protocol to acquire engage or even re-engage orent users um back to your protocol and So within that that world of the protocol and onchain rabbit hole is effectively one of the front ends where end users discover and so if you're an end user uh you just go to Rabbit hole. and then you can join hundreds of thousands of users that are currently dual quests um on the protocol uh itself now when it comes to the stip grants obviously super excited uh we were awarded 1 million ARB um to
distribute through the quest protocol to users to accomplish tasks on chain and so for us it's a great opportunity for users to start discovering and engaging with the ecosystem at Large um and so there's two sides of this for the protocols uh we'll be starting to deploy this very shortly what we have is we're allocating a minimum of 20K ARB for every eligible project on arbitrum um and to be part of the program you need to actually submit an application um we tweeted about it recently uh you can also see it on our mirror um and then we have a quick internal review process we focus on projects that are really focusing on long-term usage not just speculative growth there's some
minor requirements of building a quick plugin but nothing crazy um and then basically our team of In-House analyst and growth marketers will allocate the funds to grow your protocol and we'll obviously work with the different protocols there and try to hit different metrics so if you're interested uh feel free to just reach out to me also on Twitter um on my DMs are open or just go through kind of the the general announcements and then uh for end users that want to engage with this and discover and do more with the ecosystem uh just go to Rabbit hole. uh and uh we already have some um some great quests live with our friends from GMX as well so there already some things to discover today and yeah that's
all I had to share so um excited to get this going and exploring more of the ecosystem nice yeah thanks yeah I I I remember when you were doing very much like I guess a gamified inconsist um maybe late 2020 21 and now to see kind of bringing this into course into arit it's it's exciting because I think while you know the def5 power user super stoked doing a ton of quests I think that there's a mix of people that will be and there's a mix of new people that with that game but it's actually a reason to participate in what we're doing here rather than like just do it
on for like a better ter like try rail so I appreciate you being here and um yeah H all or or cozy do you guys have anything that you wanted to just take you back up there all right I think we've got one audio working here let's see if we can bring this back wow Mosaic what is going on we can hear you welcome to the stage thank you s um how's it been the the the marathon itself um we've joined and we we hear a bit of audio um technical issues buts outside of the how's it how's it been going outside of these issues it's been it's been a banger man um all kinds of alpha if you see we we uh we've got a list of
opportunities here at the top of the space probably a good opportunity to go check those out um and uh lots of Alpha from all across arbit from ecosystem I mean it's just super healthy for the uh the network overall um so great great to see great to hear from our friends at all these projects and uh good to be back with audio on this you there andy we're here okay I think we're gonna make it because I I dropped on and it felt like my entire signal went down like my phone just froze up or something dude we broke Twitter all right well here we are I see uh moing showing back up HL next panel is looking
uh is is looking good after the first first two hours there was like a forced intermission you can still hear me right yes we can man H the rest fores is see yeah so we got foresque for Mosaic I think we'll just do a makeshift panel here and you know what we'll just we'll just get people up as they come on um foresque for Mosaic we've got uh I think that's Dan from risk and um we've also got Sebastian uh from payama on the gaming side of things so let's move with the panel that we have on now um for for T why don't you go ahead and start tell
us uh tell us about uh the arbitrum experience from uh the Mosaic perspective yeah for sure um where to begin the arbitrum experience um we were in touch with kind of arbitrum back in uh July when we were theorizing things so for thesis Vault um but beyond that we launched our token September 7th uh through an LBP style um which we then launched through our partners um at camalot and that's our exclusive liquidity pull there and at the time although we didn't necessarily uh clarify or qualify sorry I should say for the St so the steps um we've seen some really cool kind of onflow effects from that from Camelot themselves um you
know incentivizing the m e trading pool there um we've seen an increase in liquidity um depth you know across that that pool as well and an increase in volume two um which is exciting to see so you know while we're building out um our thesis vault in the opum on GMX I should say um which should be live um next month um we're very excited um and have proposed also to GMX um for some incentives um from their uh recent um ARB incentive program as well so we're really excited about you know the prospects of you know being in Grain basically with within the arbitr ecosystem um the the like I said the onflow effects from these um ARB
incentives have been a world um providing us with just a bit of um just bit of a Tailwind going forward so yeah fantastic to be building here um fantastic ecosystem fantastic Builders yeah nothing more than all the world to speak about AR well I Wasing around in in the chat now getting people uh like hey we so back yeah bro and I I appreciate your uh your your perspective coming in and and being like you know dialed in on the space a lot of people kind of come in into into uh you know projects and ideas and me they they they like projects can sometimes kick too many chains and I'm an activist of many many many more chains in the space but like do you having like the you know the
focus to come on to arbit show me it's been good and you know we've heard a lot of really good cool projects today um building the top of each other and yeah I mean Welcome to the uh to space Also we have risk up here risk we have Dan man it's been a while H how are you are you uh can you hear me all right yeah see yes sir yeah yeah well welcome would love to hear about some of your contributions to arbitrum and uh plans for collaborations and how you feeling about about The Vibes the steps and yeah man welcome um business for definitely one of them so just what see what this is Def off protocol we
deployed on ad over a year ago for the first time with an m and then we told you know the official product let's say R Beyond was like this summer so kind of like six five six months again um the scfp it was honestly like a great opportunity for us but over all I for great options in general because as we all know like options are one of the was it's hard to explain like but it's one of the his that everyone is talking about it and everyone's ask like when they want to take off like um and so it's yeah one of the Poli working in the space there are many out there some some chat in the space especially I like being a b and watch on G as well and
thep I think was a great opportunity not just for us but like diols and the op St being MERS you know um wi those volumes up and if you look at the bot in the B just there and the thing was options and to um our goal on the sdfu was to me for example shaming hous concerts were rated
that is rly um rice ofum back then I say six million tra per week that was the go yeah hey hey uh hey Dan what would you mind speaking a a little louder it's uh just just to end off back part oh yeah so can you hear me better now just yeah yeah yeah so what I saying is like on the SFP just to give IDE of numbers our goal was toeat two th contract per yeah so I was giving some numbers of BFD so now I guess it was in cont per week then it's about six million let's say like a bit less than that um and in the first
week we eat that number and to give you an idea like just yesterday we done like two million and a half in a single day volumes so the the numbers that Pro that you know we found options traders in defi um and we saw the entire py options face on AB gr so gu like you know that was the main goal and what is the goal but the main thing to me is also the collaboration that happened between protocols so during the STP I think we figured it out with you know that in that b ecosystem is very active and like very active into collaboration so we ended up you know working with other protocols we ended up talking with other protocols um and as I said for example even like other options protocol we you
know had discussions about ideas how to bring more options TR our line on chain some but also like with the you know other um protocols in the space Not Just options and this Marathon here I guess is one of those example like you know you can see the community around our is very active and that I think the STP made also like a great boost on this collaboration approach so that's a yeah risk experience so far and I will say again like we brought options on you know options volumes on chain we brought new Traders we brought collaboration on the AUM ecosystem Al together so I guess like the call is is reached so far so I'm like you know super satisfied on the entire IP problem at least on my side or race
side epic to hear that and I think that that that last point was especially like prudent in in that you know we have an ecosystem where you you know you say we've brought new Traders we've collaborations like this idea of like hey if we can contribute here then we can you know make this make this uh you know much better and then also like on the collaboration like I'm really I'm really stoked to just you know go through this after and be like okay this was a good idea with this and this and try to put more and more pieces together and like just you know see different collaborations so definitely excited about that another guy o over here on our another lot of ours Mr Good Old Teddy is is here just having some fun now two and a half hours in Teddy how
are you man and um what's your plans with uh with the uh contributions to arbitrum collaborations and the stick distribution and yeah man how you doing uh Hey guys uh I'm doing good um how how are you guys doing I'm surprised you're still standing up Rob's doing all right we're doing we're doing well we're still kicking all right nice uh cool yeah well thanks for you know thanks for inviting us um and uh yeah I mean like you know uh we are super excited for the uh to start Distributing our our STI
incentives so um you know so I I'm the co-founder of notional and we're pretty new to arbitrum so we only launched on arbitrum um uh about six weeks ago um and since then uh you know we've got so far we've got like about $3 million in in debt on the platform um which is a good start but I am really excited uh for the stip to be able to kind of you know increase that number a lot and uh uh be able to sort of introduce notional to uh like a the broader arbitrum ecosystem and really give people like a
reason to come in and check it out and and you know uh see what we're all about and like what our products offer um so I'm super excited about that um and I think just in general I would say like you know we're we're we're new to the arbitrum ecosystem um and uh um but I think so far like I've gotten a really good impression of uh you know kind of the other builders here um and I like I would say like I just I really like arbitrum like the way the way it operates and um you know I uh so even just being involved in the sort of
governance process for the stip I think like to me that like um I just thought that was really cool because it was like arbitrum is genuinely governed by by people that use that like use the network and and really care about its future um and uh I think that that's just that's very special you know and it's like not um it's very it's like it's very different from from I think a lot of the uh the sort of other L2 options and and it shows you know I think like like arbitrum is uh it really is decentralized and it feels that way
and like I like so I've just had a really good impression and I found that like you know the the other people that are building um on arbitrum have been very welcoming and like everyone is very collaborative um which I'm really thankful for and I am looking forward to sort of like getting stuck into the community more um so I'm you know I'm looking forward to for the stip to to kind of help catalyze that and on notional behalf we're we're trying to sort of do a couple things uh to you know get further sort of uh um stuck into the arbitr community um so you know we're bringing over some of the stuff
that we had built on mainnet uh so you know we have Integrations with balancer and curve that we sort of have already built um but like now we're you know we're looking at integrating GMX um and uh we're also uh going to be running like a special trading contest uh or like a yield contest as part of our stip program just to uh give like arbitrum users an incentive you know an extra incentive to engage with the notional protocol and and figure out how to you know earn the most yield using Notions products and you know something I'm looking forward to is potentially collaborating with other arbitrum
protocols on like doing maybe shared contests in the future um so so yeah so I'm you know I'm excited excited to be here and and uh looking forward to contributing more arbit amazing Teddy we're we're psyched to have you on and and congrats on passing three million uh on arbitrum specifically um and also congrats for for hitting the mark on the back funding proposal very very keen to see uh the distribution engine start and uh start earning some our rewards over on notional um and and again thanks thanks so much for coming on we're gonna we're going to keep it moving we're going to kick it over to Casio uh he's stuck with us through the interrupt
options and we are excited to hear from dopex uh and uh a very key key protocol in the arbitrum ecosystem uh Cassio what's going on man uh tell us a little bit about uh the dop X's uh STI plans and then I'm also curious about the uh your experience as a delegate sure um can you guys hear me yes we can awesome so yeah uh as as you mentioned I'm like Casio uh work a prod dopex right and side of things and so far you know um we always being on MAR from native like from day one and plan to stay like that way for a good time and now especially now since we started
like you know also being actively um you know on the delegation side of things um and when it comes to steep right we um try to kind of like put our effort efforts to just um use that incentive so our new um suit of products that is pretty much where we're betting on what like you know onchain options are going to look like and on arbitrum right so we are ctif vising um LP providers um with our tokens um for different um option markets such as Bitcoin on ethereum and arbitrum as well and pretty much um since day one I will say this has been our most successful product so far in
terms of like sickness not just because of incentives because mostly like Traders do not get any AR is mostly for the LPS and pretty much uh utilization has been pretty high like it say says around 60 to 80% depending on you know volatility on that day so it's pretty cool um and pretty much we're also like PL to incentivize our um pretty much a whole Su of um B2 products um that are you know part of like what makes um dopex what it is and that comes also with um the RDP xb2 token and pretty much the rate system that we're going to um put in place um long term and yeah on the on the delation side you know it's
been pretty fun and pretty great to does kind of like use this um s program to just kind of get closer together with other gii protocols and you know discuss different topics and as well just like know exactly what you know what what our projects are doing out there so at least I am as the delegate that you know kind of like is stock and forms looking at every new post that you know happens every day it's kind of like it's pretty to see like how much people like um they care about like just doing like stuff on on the on system very very cool yeah it's uh it's also been cool to hear uh and kind of keep it fresh from uh a couple of delegate perspectives um CIO that that was uh that was great as well
as uh we had Castle capital on uh speaking about the delegation process a little bit earlier as well um thank you so much for joining we're going to keep it moving uh I'm going to pass it over to BP from gamma and uh he uh what gamma is doing when it comes to concentrated liquidity uh go ahead floor is yours BP yeah sure thanks for having me um yeah so uh in terms of con trade liquidity we've been integrating with uh pretty much all the major dexes on arbitrum and managing uh concentrated liquidity ranges starting with Camelot uniswap ramies uh sushi P Cake um so yeah we've I think we've accumulate I think uh
arbitrum is now our largest uh protocol our large Network by tvl um and in recent history we've just been doing like more native Integrations with Camelot like before you couldn't uh we were directing people to you know Camelot to you know lock their LP tokens to spns but now you could either do that all through the gamma front end and the Camelot front end we're also be getting out analytics soon for Camelot that's been uh in the works for quite some time and uh finally our you know our data guys been really great and they they put something together where you can now see the different rewarder types like spns plus Nitro Pools Plus angle Merk if it's
applicable on on the rewards uh analytics page so um yeah that's that's honestly that's really what we've been working on uh the STI program has been pretty great like uh seems like our users Camelot Randy's our Unis swap users they've all uh seem to have uh uh come in pretty large numbers in terms of um you know attracting tvl and things like that and uh uh in other news we're also working on a GMX V2 integration where we're going to be utilizing perss to to long and short and uh hedge out some uh some impermanent loss on our LP position so that's that's a little bit further down the road but that's currently an R&D but um yeah yeah that's
uh it's pretty much it happy to answer any questions man I wish we had you up with uh with Trader Joe and the rest best but yeah man I think I might have lost for like a second uh I'm sorry was there another question or is that no sorry um no no I was just saying it would been great if you were on with uhh Trader Joe and and them earlier I just think that strategies but yeah yeah got uh yeah you can tell us more or if you have any other collaboration ideas um yeah uh I think that's pretty much it uh in terms of what's our our short-term and kind of long-term agenda um yeah just look forward to the rest of the S
program uh thanks again yeah definitely uh excited to see just the level of Integrations here like uh you know it's one thing to host a project uh as collateral um on a token and borrow against it um and it's very cool to see GMX and and a lot of other platforms as like this like it's a very integrated ecosystem which um I think ends up being a better experience for users overall better execution um liquidity is managed uh more seamlessly so very very cool to see the integrated experience of of many of the projects that we've had on stage today um I know we're still running a bit behind but I want to get to four protocol uh because they've been very
patiently waiting uh ad midst our our interruptions and uh I'm personally a prediction Market um uh Enthusiast so I'm very very keen to hear about four uh they had a recent launch on arbitrum and uh yeah uh welcome mm uh MV to the stage uh and yeah tell us a little bit about the launch and how you're finding arbitrum since the launch yeah first and foremost I mean thank you all for uh for the marathon here um the moderators have done just such a great job you know uh having so many great builders on as well as uh working through the technical difficulties that come with uh with with spaces on X so uh kudos to you guys uh
for that but yeah just diving right in uh for for protocol is uh uh a uh it basically provides a peer-to-peer prediction Market uh called fear uh called for predict for predict uh allows users to uh create uh user generated prediction markets which then get posted onto effectively kind of a um you know you can kind of think of it as a message board of prediction markets where other users can then uh jump in and participate uh and essentially vote with the four token um which is uh you know as you mentioned um you know an erc20 that um you that basically users can
contribute to one side of the market or another and what's really interesting about uh for predict is not only can users participate in these prediction markets uh and create them but they actually also um vote at in the settlement uh of the outcomes of these markets and all of this is done for a reward so it's a fully decentralized prediction Market ecosystem um built as you mentioned on arbitrum um and you know that's a bit about our our our product and our project um you're right to mentioned we had a a main that launch uh uh about uh two weeks ago um you know I think everyone's looking for Alpha
here uh definitely you know it's there's been some great traction uh you know definitely check it out it's f r usdt is the uh is the pair and for protocol F uh you can find us on uh here on X or uh you know you can Google for uh uh the website but um but yeah essentially that that's that's kind of uh the core and and Crux of the product what what has it been like you know building on arbitrum I mean I think I Echo a lot of the sentiment here um you know we can go on and on about you know how transaction fees um you know make it uh such that Builders like ourselves can create products that are um you know unique uh
and and interesting uh and aren't burdened by transactions costs right um we can also talk about you know the growing ecosystem um of of users right and obviously you know the uh the stip uh program is kind of part of that and then but really for me you know it it comes down to conversations like this right it's it's about getting all the builders all the founders um you know on on a call uh and finding opportunities to kind of collectively work together uh to advance not only our own individual projects but the ecosystem as a whole and I think that that collaboration you know is is is particularly special and and and frankly for me uh you know and
for the four protocol team I think that that really reconciles well with our values overall so um I'll round it all out by saying um you know in terms of uh for protocol and and uh Integrations and collaborations other projects you know we we definitely you know are actively uh you know looking for opportunities to to work collectively with uh with other Founders in the ecosystem so would love to connect with you all um you know one way that we've done that in in the past um is obviously because users can generate their own prediction markets it's a great way to actually Drive traffic um to other projects so for example um you know maybe uh Teddy at at notional uh wants to you know create a
prediction Market that uh you know that that stipulate you know what the tvl at uh at notional would be at as of a certain certain date you know and that's possible on four and it wasn't possible before so that's a little bit about us it's a little bit about building on the uh the the the ecosystem overall and uh and you know definitely looking forward to working with you all Teddy any quick comment about the uh the potentials of prediction markets when it comes to uh directing traffic and and onboarding new Adoption man honestly I had never thought of that as like an idea I think that's like that's like a really cool idea um like making a prediction Market on like What's the total tvl going to be
and uh yeah it's just like something I'd never thought of before you know I hadn't really thought of I I feel like um so I'm definitely not a prediction Market expert um but I would I think that it's going to be like weird kind of like super crypto natives things like that which uh would really get product markets fit cuz because I I I think like um you know like there we already have kind of like Financial derivatives that like allow you to you know speculate on just like the price and the rate of different things um but uh but I think
like like that's like a really interesting idea and like a prediction Market is like the right tool to allow you to uh speculate or trade something like that so I I yeah I don't know I mean I think that's that's a cool idea and I I'd be very curious to to hear more of that and like how you know you know what kind of cool things you can do to um I don't know like uh you know as part of a marketing campaign or like to to do something that like gets people to engage in in something that's kind of fun and like uh I think that yeah that that'd be I'd be interested to hear more I'd say maybe I can just uh maybe I can
just like Riff on that for for a second um yeah some interesting examples of of prediction markets that we've seen on our platform again these are user generated uh uh prediction markets that uh that lots of other people see and they're like hey that's pretty cool and I want to participate in that as well one was uh will this certain flight be delayed right the takeoff time is is this the uh you know validation source is you know this uh Google flight you know schedule and you know will this flight you know ultimately be delayed and turns out that user was sitting at the airport board and they use our and they they use our platform to create that prediction market and that had a
ton of uh uh participation and they earned a sizable reward for creating that that prediction market right so that's that's one type of user uh generated example but then there's there's more uh more familiar types of things like will the price of Bitcoin be above um you know above 40,000 as of you know a certain date and time um you know will uh a certain presidential candidate um you know withdraw their uh electoral bid by a certain date right so it really spans the gamut and what's really special about four um well on multiple
levels but from the user's perspective is this ability to express one's uh perspective or opinion about some future event and to be able to do that on the blockchain in a secure way uh and doing that in a decentralized and social way and then picking that up a level if we think about it at the protocol level uh you know it's a great way for for businesses uh content creators you know uh We've seen YouTubers for example go on there and create prediction markets to essentially find ways to you know further engage their their communities and engage their communities around their own content so
for example one YouTuber uh created a prediction Market which was you know will this will you know this particular video get over a million uh views on YouTube um right and then so the you had the validation source and and uh that he drove uh you know he drove a large part of his community to uh to for predict you right where where people were participating and then and essentially you know wagering what they thought what the future outcome you know kind of would be so that's that's a little bit more about it and and like I said I mean uh you know Teddy would love to to connect uh you know offline or you know um you know otherwise uh and and same is true for for anyone else here you know
uh if you're interested in prediction markets kind of as a category um or if you're uh you know interested in potential Partnerships as it relates to that you know would love to would love to connect um and I also see that I have some other team members on the on the call here um so we we definitely are uh you know are collaborative and that's a key value that that we kind of bring to the ecosystem as well and you guys all bring to us so I'll pass it back to you all but I really appreciate the stage here thank you thanks murf could could gladly continue the conversation around prediction markets hope we do at at a later time um we've got a absolute banger last panel um so we've got uh we've got Stephen from Umami we've got
Frank from rodeo and then we're gonna we're gonna end it with a bang uh with Isaac from radiant um so let let's go to Stephen from Umami first um great to have you up on stage and uh and uh love to hear what Umami is doing uh with the stip program specifically yeah now thanks for uh putting this together and having us up here um yeah definitely it's been a a marathon and you have been listening and uh just just so much Alpha and uh it's really really makes me happy to see you know how well this entire Community works together um but uh yeah for the uh for the stip uh it's performed pretty well for us we received 750,000 ARB and we are using the ARB to
increase the tvl for our single-sided exposure uh GMX glp volts the uh demand for the ARB has been pretty high um the emissions have been pretty high because uh we're using the O ARB emissions from Dolomite um so you know altogether you know tvls up 50% um volumes up unique users are up um Vault fees are also higher um so with the O system that we borrowed from Dolomite we did change a few things um um similarly you know we have you know the Mandate that users um you know they stake their Umami bolts uh
tokens in order to receive the O ARB and um you know once they they uh basically they claim their o ARB they're able to pair their o ARB with ARB and are able to invest for uh 2.5% discount per week and that's up to 40 weeks for the full um 100% discount um and because we're using the orb system you we had to calculate the fact that you know most people aren't necessarily going to redeem um you know their o so we're able to kind of boost the O ARB admission rates a little bit higher um and and what that's created is basically just the highest APR for single-sided uh glp bolts um and I think it also creates
some some nice flexibility for depositors um you know getting their o so quickly um and and they can kind of decide when to um went to vest and you know like Dola might mentioned you know there's a lot of uh good uh good things that this does for the ecosystem you know it you know it brings AR back on on chain you know some uh users that might have their ARB on centralized exchange we bring it back on chain um you know using this system ultimately it locks up ARB for an extended period of time you know which I think is a net positive you know for the ecosystem you know just making sure that you know depositor are aligned by you know being part of the arbitrum ecosystem and having that ARB
and and not selling it or farming it um you know and as as the um the sti's goals State you know we wanted to experiment you know with with ways to increase user engagement and increase liquidity and I think we've done that um essentially you know what the way I look at it is we're able to Leverage The ARB right and and you know not just increase um TBL for our vaults but we increase the investments into ARB um any e that we accumulate through the um stip you know the the discounted ARB purchase um you know that that's going to be recycled back into incentives um so we basically just leveraging the the total amount of
liquidity is is the is the uh main goal there so just a little Alpha there you know we're going to be having um a dow vote to allow the community a chance to vote on the best way to um use that eth in alignment with the stip program we've got some interesting ideas for that um so you know we just we've learned a lot um we've gotten plenty of feedback from the community um like you know you know adjusting the maximum investing rate we started off at 16 weeks um you know for 40% discount we change that to 40 weeks to allow the maximum 100% discount um you know which you know increases the duration of ARB um you know just through brainstorming on the UI front you know we we're able to make it a little bit more clear um as far as what your actual
APR is so you know we we created a little slider that's on the um user interface and Visually um you know you're able to adjust the duration and the discount rate and it changes the APR uh calculations across the whole UI and I think that's kind of what Umami really focuses on and is making a simple under easy to understand um you know user interface you know that we want to be that kind of entry level to to the whole arbitr ecosystem so um you know as far as collaborations um uh the stip has really you know brought up the best in all the projects you know we worked with dop dopex on the arbitrum frontier uh campaign and you know on that's launched
on the Galaxy uh site there so it's been a pleasure working with them and you know we've we've been able to reach you know thousands of new users who are just kind of learning about Umami you know increase the deposits and engagement there so um that was you know very very useful so just to uh finish up you know um we are working on the GMX B2 vaults um you know that's going to be built on top of the uh the GM uh liquidity pulls there and right now we are have already started our auditing with Guardian uh Guardian is the same group that is that audited GMX V2 bolts um so right now they've got a full team dedicated to auditing over the next few weeks so
we're we're feeling pretty confident about the progress so far and you know the the goal is to you know get this uh product out before the end of the stip uh so we can incentivize uh bolts for uh for the GM V2 uh product there and just kind of increase um TV there so just to highlight quickly um you know the benefits of the GM volts versus the glp volts um you know uh it's it's quite different the the GM liquidity pool versus glp um open interest is much more balanced on B2 so for the GM bolts there they're not going to be as affected by Tre and uh the trader p&l uh which it
bolds well for a more stable and predictable APR um that's the biggest issue that we've seen with uh the current volts right now uh you know as Traders are winning on the platform um you know the the the relative um you know performance versus you know the actual asset could can fluctuate just based on on the p&l and even though you know they're they're getting yields from from the glp it's just not as much as it could uh be so you know although the the the bolts work exactly as intended using um an internal netting uh strategy where where you know they use uh each bow as a counterparty um you know it's been working but you know the up only markets have have kind of put in a dent into the maximum yield
um but the great part is you know you the depositors get to choose you know uh what if they want to be more in the stable or if they want the volatile asset deposit so you know you're still able to get the maximum beta you know if you were deposited into the Bitcoin or ethereum vault over the last couple months you still had that upside um just you know you had a little bit of exposure to glp and glp has been very good at um mitigating you know losses from Trader p&l I think they everyone here can attest to that they've done they have a very safe and effective uh stry for eliminating the amount of Longs and shorts so you know just going forward we believe that Umami UI will create an easier way to understand uh
the GM the GM pools right and kind of understand exactly what the return is so you know depositors don't have to worry about the intricacies of you know how their exposure to each token changes within the pool you know they'll just be able to deposit into to one asset and um yeah we've also got some things that you're working up as far as uh showing the actual performance performance of GMX protocols just a little bit different than what we have a lot I'll be that pick that dog was getting excited about these apys on Umami um and and appreciate you uh not straight chilling but I have no shame so I don't mind 163% on
usdc 144% on WE and 115% on rap Bitcoin on Umami check out that top pin tweet and uh definitely check out Umami to get those boosted pools and I will say that is after full vesting um and uh yeah Stephen I yeah be careful and uh yeah guys be smart about you know doing too many crazy things in defi with a ton of capital you know I I always like think about slowing things down testing things out getting it going and ramping it up and uh that's that's a it goes for all crazy you know um or just yields in general just like as we keep focusing on the stps you know might we remind
ourselves not to be too to just like make a a a similar path of just like the things that happened in previous the5 cycles and so like let's just and I'm just I'm done being on on a tangent but that's that is something I just wanted to talk then yeah there's definitely intricacies you know to to the aarb system and and all that so it's definitely yeah yeah I I agree wise words from our chief DJ all right let's keep it moving um so next up um I think we've got Sebastian uh and uh a little bit of a unique take here from Sebastian who is working on a gaming protocol uh Sebastian floor is yours and uh let's hear about what you have on your mind as
far as arbitrum gaming yeah thanks for having me on board um we are P Studios we're a framework for building ATI games and autonomous worlds uh we started this project about a year and a half ago so quite a while back and we were looking for an evm partner for our projects and arbitrum was the best part partner we found super responsive really great teex stack had everything we needed and we ended up meeting the team in Japan where I'm based and had a really good conversation with them uh through this we ended up being one of the first games to launch on Zai games which is this layer three for arbitrum and that games through you know their work and our work with toochi launch um they became the
largest mint on arbitrum so they did really well and tooi which is the game we wrote for that for XI um has had about 100K transactions on it so far so really good uh traction from a user base as well and really good feedback from that so we we've been doing a lot of work all this is done without any Grant or stip or anything this is all out of pocket from our side to build this out um but it's been in great growth and actually bance research recently put out a reports on onchain gaming and we're listed as one of the top three Frameworks for on building onchain games the other two are mud which is only for op stack because they're funded by
optimism and the other one is dojo which is only for Stark net and funded by star only one um but we're not super maxy about it I mean we uh have worked with other protocols um in the past um but I see a lot of synergy uh with us in arbitrum and we're working on a lot of really exciting stuff going forward um notably to try and allow games to build ZK that still connects to arbitrum they have transaction sell to arbitrum and access on arbitrum but use ZK for their game without having to resort to going to uh Stark net so we have a lot of really cool stuff in the pipeline uh again we didn't ask for any
Grant or step or anything uh but we are OB super interested in Contin to build and the r system connect with anybody uh here in this call um and if things go well um we know I end up asking for a grant in the future to be honest I'm not super familiar with the upter grant system uh we skipped the last tip because we thought probably it's better not to apply for it if we didn't have something in mainnet yet um and so we wait until we launch toochi in our game before you know look an iy grants so that's kind of backgrounds from us awesome thanks Sebastian uh we'll keep it moving we'll pass it over to Frank from Rodeo up Frank hey how's it going thanks for hosting the set
kid sir well we are three hours in and the home stretch here perfect so take us there keep us uh pretty brief but I'm pretty excited to be here um just a quick briefer on what Rodeo is for those that don't know um we're a native arbitrum protocol that's aiming to be a leverage Hub um for arbitrum um really what that means is we integrate with the best protocols and on a consistent basis um to provide different yield learning opportunities through our different products so we're really um excited to be part of the arbitrum ecosystem just because of the Partnerships and and amazing Integrations that are that are happening in the ecosystem right now um definitely the stip really brought
everyone back together again and I know pushing that that partnership Innovation side of things even further um with our core products right now on Rodeo we offer leverage yield farming on on some of the best um yield Farms on Rodeo like for example Jones J usdc different camlot pools Pendle liquidity pools uh Sushi plutus um and we're consistently trying to build out some new ones so the next ones to come out in the next couple weeks will be the the GM uh pools so GMX V2 GM pools we're really excited to to get those out there's a lot of people um that have been reaching out to us an interest of those so what that really allows people to do is to take their
collateral like say they had $1,000 um borrow up to $9,000 and deposit into those different GM pools to to boost their potential yield so that's our core product we're also coming up with a few other structured vaults that that don't have anything to do with our lending borrowing system and that what that does just allows us to integrate with more um awesome def5 protocols and build some unique strategies for earning yield within the ecosystem in a more protected manner um we also have our Alamo coming out which I'm pretty excited for it allows us to accept different LST tokens whether that be like interest bearing tokens or wrap sticky type of tokens as collateral and the user gets to maintain their exposure
to that to that asset plus borrow up to five leverage against it to deposit in the different Farms so we're really just trying to bring all the best protocol opportunities within the arbitrum and kind of extrapolate out all the the complexity through a simple UI in one place um so as far as the S step we are part of the the backfill group so we are really happy um and thankful for all the delegates that provided us feedback that engaged with us we'll be getting 250,000 ARB um from the arbitrum foundation we also got part of the GMX Grant as well um what will be really incentivizing from a high level is just the TBL in use on
Rodeo what that really means is the more tvl we get the more tbll that gets spread to the underlying protocols that we're integrated with so it's really a win-win win for for users and the other protocols in Rodeo as well um to be able to to utilize these stip rewards um definitely our biggest friction point right now is competing with other Lending passive lending yields so that's where we're going to focus a lot of the incentives as well as as well as giving better yield opportunities on our yield farm so uh we're really excited to use these to draw in a lot of new users eyes and also build up our Partnerships with existing and new partners so if there's anyone that that wants to reach out has
any cool ideas for some leverage or or just yield strategy in general please reach out at any time we're we're really thankful to be building as part of the arbitrum ecosystem and and um definitely welcome the conversations and like this with all the amazing groups together so thanks so much for for having us it won't keep us too much longer yeah man I I know that that the uh the V3 Tre model has been battle tested over the over the bare market and I'm going to be really excited to see how it pans out in in the next like 18 months uh to to see like how much liquidity you know those that type can grow across multiple chain kind of in
the similar sense that uh you know that that group is doing and and specifically with ar so thanks for coming on and I think Rob last uh last run of the last panel of the big finish big finish Isaac take us across the line hello hello Robbie hello Andy well love to be bringing this uh home and uh taking it over the the finish line so uh really enjoyed the part of the show that I listen to so thanks again for building one of these Marathon spaces and uh you guys must be exhausted but I I'll try to make my best to make it exciting for this uh last part of the uh of the show today thanks for having us once again and uh as far as radiant is concerned
first quick quick dldr on what radiant is for any newbies people not familiar at the radiant is uh the uh leading crot chain money market lending and borrowing protocol in arbitrum now also launched on BSC and very recently on on mainnet and uh regarding uh stip the uh the arbitrum program we prepared a proposal we got super interesting feedback and I loved to see all the feedback coming in from from the people that that took the time to uh to try and improve our proposal and then uh the proposal was uh was approved so now we're seeing the results of stip we're super super excited because uh the grant that we presented at three parts the first the main one was uh 2 million ARP focused
slightly over 2 million ARP focused on new er drop uh to people providing liquidity to the uh radiant protocol so basically one of the cool things that we introduced with the uh V2 uh of radiant was DLB Dynamic liquidity provisioning so basically apart from just lending and borrowing and getting your competitive base yields there you can uh user can provide liquidity and start getting protocol fees paid in Real uh yield assets so basically Blue Chips uh from all the protocol fees that the protocol collects from borrowers paying the loans 85% is sent over to users 25% to lenders 60% to DLP holders and uh people providing liquidity this DLP holders can
uh can lock the DLP for a variable locking length from one month the way up to 12 months of course the longer you lock the higher the yields and it's this longer locking DLP uh users that we want to reward with the uh with the stip program and uh and so the major chunk of uh of the stip grant that radiant received is allocated to a new DLP lockers locking for six months or 12 months uh whenever you lock you have three main sources of of utility one is uh the share of platform Revenue the the majority of the platform revenue is going to DLP lockers currently and it's paid in Real Deal Blue Chip assets such as Bitcoin rapde uh stable coin and and
lsds that we recently added then the second source of utility of locking your deal PS is that you unlock uh radient uh a boost in in radiant emissions so you start getting a boost in your yield receiving radiant emissions if you uh if you provide uh liquidity which is above 5% of your deposits so keep it real simple if you deposit $100 in radiant and you have $5 or more worth of liquidity in log DLP you um you qualify and you uh unlock the Boost in in radiant emissions and then of course governance so uh so governance is is based on the uh on the DP token so that's basically the the major part of the uh of the grant that's 2 million uh AR tokens going as a ner
drop the new six month and 12 month DLP lockers so that's still open we're super happy to uh to sure that we had a milestone based grant also for this spot so basically depending on the milestones we reached we got more of that 2 million ARP or if we didn't meet the milestones we would actually have to return those million ARP it looks like uh we won't be having to return any of those AR because we' already reached the last but one Milestone so uh we are close to getting to the final M Milestone and of course there is still a lot of time for people who are interested in locking DLB to go to up. gr in. capital and and log the DLP for 6 or 12 months uh we already had
great metric of our first a drop that we did with the original air drop allocation to the radiant Dow back in in uh in May uh and uh and basically that was what what helped us what pushed us to uh to allocate the majority of the ARB that we were requesting for this grant to a second season drop which is uh well showing really successful uh results in terms of performance new DBL especially new uh loyal users who are locking liquidity for for long periods so in this case 6 to 12 months because they they trust the protocol that being said the the rest of the uh Grant is a part which particularly excites me
because when someone uh asks when anyone asks uh what I would highlight about uh being an arbitrum I always say it's two aspects the infrastructure and the ecosystem the infrastructure in terms of performance low gas costs and so on is great but the ecosystem in terms of the synergies with top protocols uh GMX dopex with that gamma for example here um Trader Joe many of the of the protocols in the uh in the show today we've been collaborating with and uh I love the synergies that we uh that we've been building and that more uh many other protocols have been building within the arbitrum Universe I think that that speaks volumes of the strength of of the arbitrum universe as a whole
and the second part of the uh radiant STI Grant was focused on synergies for example uh we allocated one uh part of the AR tokens to uh the Camelot V3 radiant e pool which is working very well and that that's managed by by GMA actually who we had just recently on the show we've also allocated apart to plutus and and this is an alpha that I can share with you today and the Robie and with with the rest of the people uh listening we've allocated uh a part of the r Grant to Silo uh protocol that working on isolated markets because radiant will be launching isolated markets with V3 in the coming months we plan to uh to include more than a
hundred new assets exotic assets all the assets that our community of course votes in favor of but of course uh this assets which will be more exotic in the sense that they may bring uh higher utilities but of course with higher risk profile we want to uh build them and create them in isolated market so that's one of the big features that our community super excited for the uh coming V3 in radiant so that's that's in the natural how radian has used this tip not only for our current V2 but for the future of B3 and the synergies with some of the top protocols in arbitrum thanks a lot Robbie Andy yeah man the Ala there is um is uh a lot of people look at competition and
projects look at competition and I'm sure we all have that innate desire but the this space has been basically the foundational layer of y know collaboration in arbit is is key and drops to you for seeing like a cool nich going after and I hope that the DLP journey goes well and yeah Rob how you feeling I'm feeling good especially since uh since is Isaac just gave us uh I mean what a way to close out um Isaac congrats um I I mean one of the top stiff earners um and radiant you know uh as one of the top recipients of of this the arbitrum step so amazing and and congrats on the uh on the integration uh
and the plans for both you and CeeLo uh Silo is one of our one of our friends um and very very cool to see uh uh safe degeneracy you could say by allowing these exotic assets um but also siloing the risk so that um you know you're able to uh to keep uh keep those risks you know just in that in that singular part uh so that the any kind of contagion can't spread to the rest of the protocol very very cool um and kudos to uh working together and collaborating for greater user experience in the arbitrum ecosystem overall what a way to close out I'm feeling good I'm feeling bullish um a do
over to our friend uh friends at mosaic uh cheers Frank for sticking with us all the way to the end Sebastian thanks for coming up this has been good this has been fun I wish uh I hope we can do one of these in person sometime whether it's a marathon or we're just we're just hanging out hint hint Denver Alpha um but yeah I'm feeling good I'm looking forward to uh to arbitrum season continuing and uh the I I hope everyone has a happy holidays here coming up and yeah thanks for for being on this journey with us and thanks to arbitrum uh and the entire Community for uh for helping us uh make this a successful Journey Andy how you
feeling yeah I couldn't have said it any better I'd just like to let any these last pists and any any closing fights yeah do over L do over let's um yeah Jo Jo guys just want to give shout out to the rollup um for hosting this Marathon as well you know a lot of coordination would have taken place behind the scenes that these guys have obviously you know um got and undertak and so massive kind of shout out to to the homies from the rollup for for putting this on for everyone getting the arbitrum ecosystem pumping and firing and um yeah um yeah just a big thank you to everyone who also attended all the protocols who attended today I'm going into the holidays wishing everyone
you know the best thanks guys thank you guys and yeah R that's a that's a good s yes it is indeed that was a marathon um again hope to do another one of these maybe in person probably not for a while and uh yeah thank you everyone for coming on absolute blast um and uh there's so much Alpha my head hurts I think I'm gonna go for a drink or a nap and uh soak it all in thank you thank you thank you so much and uh and uh well what will do for the community
kind of pushing this forward um it's that's some really interesting written stuff and some obious see you know some cool some cool video segments and trying to put these together to to kind of M out some of the chain of AR and see how we can make it better and like that's going to be exciting on the next couple days Le up to holidays and yeah I guess just and SP some some uh some post and some Recaps and some cool stuff from the r up and don't care what if they're coming up definitely definitely we'll we'll take uh we'll take lots of Clips um we've got over three hours um to to chop it all up and distribute it so you'll be hearing
uh about these presentations and and you'll hear uh from all these projects that that joined today continuously over the timeline up through the holidays um and yeah yeah like Andy said lots of written content distilling some of the alpha that we heard uh on the space today um it's a pleasure to host these thank you so much um and yeah I feel like uh feel like they get better and better so we'll see everyone on the next one thanks guys thanks again take care everyone happy holidays
