Will Shannon
Will Shannon works on Ethereum staking and validator infrastructure at Lido. He has led the Node Operator Mechanisms workstream, coordinating node operators and supporting distributed validator technology (DVT) and the Simple DVT module. His work focuses on broadening participation in Ethereum validation and improving the resilience and decentralization of the validator set. Before joining Lido, he worked in institutional equity sales and studied finance and accounting.
