Will Harborne

Will Harborne is the founder and CEO of Rhino.fi, a stablecoin payments and cross-chain liquidity platform that began life as DeversiFi, one of the earliest StarkWare-powered Ethereum Layer 2 exchanges. A Cambridge graduate, he authored early USDT smart contracts on Ethereum before founding DeversiFi, and he co-founded ZKValidator, a privacy-focused validator and community initiative that produces the Privacy in Cosmos events and the ZK HACK series alongside the Zero Knowledge Podcast. Across these projects he has stayed focused on zero-knowledge technology, privacy, and onchain financial infrastructure, making him a recurring voice in the ZK ecosystem.
