Stephane Gosselin

Stephane Gosselin is the co-founder and former architect of Flashbots, the research and development organization formed to mitigate the harms of MEV on Ethereum, which became central infrastructure for block building after the Merge. He left Flashbots in late 2022 and founded Frontier Research, an independent R&D group exploring MEV, intents, and chain abstraction, which produced the CAKE framework for cross-chain execution. He went on to co-found OneBalance, where he is CEO, building a toolkit for one-click cross-chain transactions powered by Resource Locks, backed by a $20 million Series A led by cyber.Fund and Blockchain Capital in 2025. Earlier in his career he designed the ERC-1400 security token standard and worked as a protocol architect at Numerai.
