Raymond Cheng
Raymond Cheng is co-founder and CEO of Kariba Labs, which builds Open Source Observer, an open source data pipeline for monitoring open source software that powered Optimism's Retro Funding rounds. He holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Washington and co-founded the security company Oasis Labs.
