Preston Byrne

Preston Byrne is a technology lawyer and managing partner of Byrne & Storm, P.C., a firm advising crypto, social media and AI companies, and is qualified in England and Wales and in Connecticut, New York and the District of Columbia. He co-founded Monax, an early enterprise blockchain company whose work became the Hyperledger Burrow project, and served as its chief operating officer and general counsel. He is a Senior Fellow of the Adam Smith Institute and has taught cryptocurrency and technology law at Fordham Law School and George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School.
