Michael Nadeau is the founder of The DeFi Report, a research service built around bringing fundamentals-based analysis to crypto markets, and a recurring Bankless contributor. Since 2025 he has co-hosted a regular series with Ryan Sean Adams, first monthly and then weekly, walking through his own portfolio decisions, onchain data, and cycle frameworks. He drew wide attention for shifting his portfolio to risk-off shortly before the October 2025 flash crash.
