Lyn Alden

Lyn Alden is an investment strategist and the founder of Lyn Alden Investment Strategy, an independent research firm read by retail and institutional investors alike. Trained as an electrical engineer, she spent roughly a decade in the aviation simulation industry, working her way up from intern to lead engineer, before turning to full time investing and analysis. She is best known for her macroeconomic research on fiscal dominance, liquidity, and the long term case for Bitcoin, and she is the author of Broken Money, a widely read study of the history and failings of the modern monetary system. She is also a general partner at the venture firm Ego Death Capital and has served on boards including Swan Bitcoin, and in 2026 she raised $40 million to launch Orange Juice, a holding company pairing cash flowing businesses with a Bitcoin treasury.
