Khing Oei
Khing Oei founded and led Treasury, a euro-denominated Bitcoin treasury company. Oei has chaired Cypherpunk, whose work includes Zcash accumulation and mining and investment in privacy technology, and advised the hedge fund Attestor on crypto. Earlier, Oei founded and managed Eyck Capital, an event-driven hedge fund focused on distressed and special situations.
