JP Aumasson

Jean-Philippe Aumasson is a cryptographer who co-designed the BLAKE2 and BLAKE3 hash functions and the SipHash pseudorandom function. He initiated the Password Hashing Competition in 2012, which Argon2 won in 2015. He wrote the books Serious Cryptography and Crypto Dictionary, published by No Starch Press, and leads cryptography at Cloudflare.
