Hui Jing Chen
Hui Jing Chen is developer relations manager, APAC at Circle, where she writes technical guides on USDC transfers, cross-chain payment infrastructure, and stablecoin wallet integration. She built her public profile as a self-taught web designer and developer based in Singapore, becoming a well known voice on CSS and web standards and co-organizing Talk.CSS, a CSS-focused meetup there. Between roughly 2016 and 2024 she spoke at a long run of international web development conferences, including beyond tellerrand, Front Conference Zurich, the International JavaScript Conference, and Oredev, mostly on CSS Grid, internationalization, and the state of the web platform. Her move into Circle's developer relations team carried that same practitioner focus into stablecoin and payments infrastructure. Her Ethereum TV talk, on building with the Circle platform on Arc, traces that shift from CSS educator to stablecoin ecosystem builder.
