Dino is the pseudonymous co-founder of Fluent Labs, the company behind Fluent, an Ethereum layer 2 built around "blended execution," a design that lets EVM, SVM, and WebAssembly applications interoperate atomically in a single execution environment. Fluent Labs raised $8 million in a 2025 round led by Polychain Capital to build out the network.
