David Brailovsky
David Brailovsky is a Solidity developer and governance participant who worked on Nouns DAO’s funding and governance contracts. With collaborators, Brailovsky developed Token Buyer and Streamer to let a treasury held in ETH pay contributors in USDC, including streamed payments controlled by the DAO. Brailovsky’s work also included dynamic quorum rules that increase the votes needed for proposals facing opposition.
