Dan Held

Dan Held is a longtime Bitcoin educator, entrepreneur, and investor who has been part of the crypto industry since its early days, including as a member of the original 2013 San Francisco crypto meetup group alongside the future founders of Coinbase, Ripple, and Kraken. As a founder he notched two exits: ZeroBlock, acquired by Blockchain.com, and Interchange, acquired by Kraken, where he went on to serve as Director of Growth Marketing. Between his crypto roles he worked on Uber's growth product and marketing teams. He later became a General Partner at Asymmetric investing in Bitcoin DeFi, has served as a marketing advisor to Trust Machines and Taproot Wizards, and writes The Held Report newsletter for a large following of investors and traders.
