Cecilia Hsueh co-founded Morph, a blockchain Layer 2 network focused on everyday applications, and Phemex, a cryptocurrency exchange. Hsueh joined MEXC as chief strategy officer in 2025 with responsibility for regional growth opportunities, coordination across business functions and global market strategy.
