Bogdan Batog co-authored Scalable Reward Distribution on the Ethereum Blockchain with Lucian Boca and Nick Johnson. The paper describes a staking-contract design that separates reward allocation from withdrawals, allowing participants to claim their share without a costly loop over every account. Batog also co-founded and served as chief technology officer of Sailo, then worked as a technical lead at Stellar Health from its prototype through its Series B stage.
