Billy Sebell
Billy Sebell has served as executive director of the XDC Foundation, supporting the growth and development of the XDC Network, an Ethereum-compatible blockchain. The foundation’s work has focused on trade finance: representing invoices and other real-world assets onchain to connect businesses with financing. Its tokenization work has included financing small-business invoices through smart contracts and integrating Securitize to bring a token representing a U.S. Treasury investment onto the network.
