Rehoboth’s procurement tool matches government contracts and grants to technology companies’ capabilities, combining automated filtering and scoring with human review of the resulting alerts. Masaiti’s work spans quantitative research, blockchain analytics and renewable energy finance, with a background in economics at Texas Tech University and financial engineering at Lehigh University.
