Benoit Kulesza
Benoit Kulesza founded Web3 Talent Fair, an event in Paris connecting blockchain companies with people looking for work in the sector. Kulesza also founded GoodHive, a collaborative recruitment platform that returns client commissions to community members who help recruit and mentor candidates. Earlier, Kulesza worked in finance before moving into sharing-economy projects, where questions about distributing value to participants led to an interest in blockchain-based organizations.
