Benedicte Nolens
Benedicte Nolens has led the Hong Kong centre of the Bank for International Settlements Innovation Hub and co-authored research on corporate digital identity. Earlier, Nolens led fintech efforts at the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, examining Bitcoin and tokenization, and worked on regulatory affairs for Circle in Europe and Asia. Nolens also worked at SC Ventures, Standard Chartered’s innovation and investment arm.
