Andy Guzma
Andy Guzman coordinates the Privacy & Scaling Explorations (PSE) team at the Ethereum Foundation, a role he took on in the Foundation's October 2025 privacy leadership restructuring. He joined PSE in 2022 and led several of the team's product and strategy initiatives before stepping into the coordinator role, succeeding Sam Richards, and now oversees the team's applied cryptography research and development.
