Andrew Whitworth
Andrew Whitworth served as an executive in residence at Global Digital Finance and founded the fintech policy consultancy Global Policy LTD. Whitworth previously developed policy on fintech, stablecoins, central bank digital currencies and cryptocurrency at the Bank of England, and held policy roles at Ripple and Curve. Whitworth also researched and taught the political economy of financial innovation and wrote How to understand MiCA: a policy guide.
