Alex Nezlobin
Alex Nezlobin is a researcher who became one of the defining voices on loss-versus-rebalancing (LVR), the adverse selection cost that informed order flow imposes on passive liquidity providers in automated market makers. A professor of accounting at the London School of Economics with a PhD from Stanford Graduate School of Business, he brought market microstructure rigor to DeFi, proposing dynamic fee designs that price discriminate between informed and uninformed flow, and in 2025 he joined Uniswap as Head of Strategy.
