Alex Bornyakov
Alex Bornyakov helped develop Diia.City, a tax and legal framework for Ukraine’s IT industry, as deputy minister of digital transformation. Other ministry work included IT Generation, which offered free training for people moving into IT careers. Bornyakov previously founded and managed technology businesses including the video-monetization platform Adtelligent and the outsourcing company Intersog. Bornyakov earned an MBA at the University of New Brunswick and a master’s degree in public administration at Columbia University.
