Akis Kattis
Akis Kattis researches cryptographic proof systems and the incentives behind blockchain protocols. Kattis co-authored Proof of Necessary Work: Succinct State Verification with Fairness Guarantees with Joseph Bonneau while a doctoral student at New York University. Subsequent research examines how zero-knowledge rollups can decentralize transaction sequencing, including the cost of producing proofs, auction design and the security of centralized sequencers.
