Adam Levitin
Adam Levitin researches bankruptcy, commercial law and financial regulation at Georgetown Law. Earlier work included financial restructuring practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and service as special counsel to the Congressional Oversight Panel for the Troubled Asset Relief Program. Levitin has also served on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Consumer Advisory Board.
